I purchased an investment property in the Greater Cincy Metro area in August 2023 & unfortunately had the WORST experience ever with the property manager that was originally recommended to me. After tiring of my previous property managers utter lack of communication, professionalism, & leasing results I then began researching alternatives. I have had nothing but great experiences with Andrew and especially Rob. These guys go above and beyond even when things are out of their control and have always been so friendly and communicative when ive had an issue at my apartment. These guys are great, they let me vent, we talk like friends, and they actually care genuinely. I am so appreciative of you guys and thank you for everything you do! I'm bringing you lunch soon!!

Me and my partner recently Renewed our lease with cres properties as of earlier this month and all i can say is i LOVE IT Our apartment may not be the most lavish but where it draws short in looks its held strong with community and an excellent team to back us up We had problems with water and a small plethora of things but even then cres made it a priority to help us out and make everything better I dont think its fair to judge a home without judging the people who help run it and to that i say Thankyou for all they have done and Thankyou for making our lives alot easier

The experience that I had with this company for the last 5 years has been amazing. The way that they go above and beyond for there tenants is brilliant. CRES IS THE BEST! Cres Properties under Tom Jones is reliable in a way no other management company can be. Before I go on, I want to let you know that I'm not a family member or friend.
