I moved into a Dawn Management property in Withamsville the weekend after Thanksgiving 2024. My experiences have been positive from the first contact with Daniel to get information about available units and throughout the whole approval and move in process and even today. My apartment was acceptable and as expected at move in. They are always on top of maintenance issues and looking out for the safety of the tenants. I feel safe here and they keep the building clean. No place is 100% without issues but this place is pretty close, lol. I'm loving my new place and am very happy to call it "home"…

I came here to rent an apartment after a bad experience with a prior landlord . Dawn Management staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. I have now lived in one of their units going on 2 years and they have always addressed any issues promptly the rent is affordable compared to a lot of other apartments in the area. I am looking for a larger apartment now and they are working with me to find one more suitable to my needs. I wouldn't rent from anyone else.
