Christina is fantastic!! When I was moving, they had just switched from an old company to this one and I had signed a lease with an old company only to realize that the apartment I had was double rented for first semester. I thought I was going to be without housing that year until Christina let my roommate and I have the apartment across the hall and it was awesome! We were right on High St so it was easy to walk to classes or go to any of the restaurants/stores. Elevate Miami is a wonderful rental company! Christina is a fantastic property manager who literally SAVED ME when I moved to Oxford for a faculty position and needed to find non-student housing at the last minute. Maintenance has also been quick to fix things when I submit a request. I cannot recommend them enough!
I have not had much luck with nice landlords before but living where I do now and having Christina Hool as my landlord has been a blessing. She is the sweetest person and so understanding. She helped me get out of a really terrible living situation and I couldn’t be more grateful for her.
