this company has charged us a ridiculous fee for doing hardly any work. in addition, they have made charges to our account that were supposed to be charged to an entirely different HOA with a similar name. they have also been unable to offer legal services that they said they could provide before we signed a contract. do NOT do business with this company!

Horrible. No other way to put it. I own 3 properties in the same complex that’s managed by Elite. Let me tell you guys, there is nothing elite about them. I call multiple times to tell them my gutters are falling off and are literally broken and they put a work order in and tell me it’ll be 2-3 weeks. They won’t call me back with updates or when I request for the property manager to call me. I have emailed them multiple times and they say they’ll respond within 24-48hrs and guess what? No reply. The 800 number is pointless, they pay a couple of individuals minimum wage to tell you they’ll forw…

Elite management services is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Town properties sold out the management of our association to EMS. They directed me to use auto pay with a specific bank, so I set it up on auto pay and didn’t worry about it. Months later, they decide to cancel using that bank and did not notify me. They were messaging notes to the prior owners of my home 2 years ago . I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because I could not get this resolved. Simply awful to work with. Transitioning has been painful and difficult. Would not recommend this group for your HOA property management services.

BEWARE!! Do your yourself and HOA a favor and just look for another property management company. This has to be the most incompetently ran company. I am a board member that had EMS and when we moved on from them, it was awful. Our new management company says they have never had a company be so difficult to transition from. I am warning you so you don't have to go through what our board and community have had to endure under EMS's management.

Have had mixed results from a responsiveness standpoint. FYI, they charge $395 when you close your house for "administrative" reconciliation of your HOA account. Not sure what that means exactly. Probably a few keystrokes, but it's gonna cost you when you leave. Just an FYI.

elite management services is a terrible property management company. They brag all over their website “Our Team is Dedicated and Service-Oriented” and “Award Winning Service” well the only award this service could ever possibly receive would look like a chocolate frozen yogurt emoji. Their strategy is to stall, delay and lie about every single issue you bring up. There is zero accountability and that’s exactly how they treat you.
