I’ve lived in 3 different houses with flyco and have been very pleased. Mike was able to get us taken care of quickly anytime we ever had any problems/concerns. Mike is a great guy and I’m glad I chose to rent with flyco!
I’ve lived with Flyco for 4 years in various different houses that they own. Mike has been an exceptional landlord. He has always cared for us and made sure we were happy. My experience with this company has been great and they have been very supportive in all the endeavors of me and my roommates. Enough great things can not be said highly recommend for college and non college housing!
If you enjoy getting scammed out of your security deposit, this is the perfect place for you. Management will nickel-and-dime you on anything they can think of just to avoid giving your money back. They are dishonest, predatory, and clearly rely on tenants not knowing their rights. The heating barely works—if at all. My unit got so cold that I literally had to leave for an entire weekend just to avoid freezing. Completely unacceptable, especially in winter. On top of that, the building is falling apart. There are cracks all throughout the foundation, which led to a full-blown ant infestation.…

Had a great experience with Mike and his team as our landlords. Prompt service to fix maintenance issues, friendly service, and accessibility for questions we had. Mike was a pleasure to work with.
I had a good experience with Flyco! Me and my roommate are visibly queer, and treated us with lots of kindness. During the winter months, he paid for our electricity bills because the boiler wasn’t reaching our unit (we were the furthest away from it). It was incredibly appreciated! We’ve had some minor maintenance issues pop up and they were tackled fast. Sometimes I wouldn’t hear back after reporting an issue, but he had contacted maintenance, and didn’t report back to me and my roommate. But overall, it was a solid apartment.
