Rajib and his professional company have been nothing but amazing with their property management services. It's LITERALLY what I'm looking for; hand over this hard work to the professionals. They're great at problem solving and ensuring the process is smooth; helps that they're also very communicative. HIGHLY Recommend them. I'm in Virginia and I trust them to manage my homes.

DO NOTTT RENT THRU THEM!!! Scammers!! Did not give 30 day notice of selling building then takes rent payment and does not give back even tho they no longer own the building ( tried to give rent for October to them they kept it even tho they no longer own building and didn’t tell us. Then try to say they’re keeping the money as a down payment for a house I never signed a lease for or anything. SCAMMERS. don’t attend to buildings they own. Scum lord!!!!
