I own next to a property they managed, and when things took a turn and the premises were vacated, Brian and Natalie were both communicative and responsive to my concerns about the effects on my property. Brian had a friendly and frank phone call with me about the situation and made it clear that he was doing due diligence. I deeply appreciate the humanity.

The entire team at Gibson Property Group is awesome! We hired them to renovate a half bath and laundry area into an ADA accessible full bath and bedroom suite. They are professional, friendly, do incredible work, and are very detail oriented. Look no further!

Brian has helped me through a whirlwind of issues. Saving my property from a previous bad PM. Taking care of all renovations at the most reasonable costs. Admitting to any faults and taking care of me to ensure things are made up for past losses. Brian is trustworthy and reasonable. I feel safe with him taking care of my property while I am out of state. Thanks Team!

Current resident of one of the properties they manage. Property is nice and you receive what you pay for. Unfortunately, they don't enforce the "no-smoking" clause in the lease in their buildings. There has been constant smoke affecting me daily, it is second and thirdhand now at this point since the smell lingers with me when I leave my home. If you have children, animals or family with weak immune systems, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a home. I will update if anything changes. Thanks.

Gibson sent Kane to fix a leak in my bathroom sink. He was great! He found some other problems, took 2 trips to Home Depot, and completed the repairs involving moving the sink away from the wall. It was a mess! He did a terrific job reattaching the sink and cleaning up the mess. Job well done!

The worst property management/landlords so glad he sold the place we live in, he wanted to remove us because the upstairs tenants were causing problems being super noisy on purpose and so much more, they dont care how you live even if its their fault all they care about is themselves, also would definitely check places before moving in, when we first moved in we took the drawers out of the kitchen cabinets and found SOOO many dead roaches and egg sacs and poop i about threw up, they didnt bother to clean it or anything else and they hide major issues and dont pay water bills or trash bills or …

They just became the property manager for a apartment I stay in and when I tell you they done things the last one didn't they did. My electric was off on one side of the apartment for 9 months they got it back on in 4 days of calling. Fix a leak and the wall and all new shower fixtures. Thanks again.

Within the less than 30 days since these people took over the building I've lived in for almost 4 years, they have threatened us, gossiped with the other tenants about us (on camera), destroyed and stolen our property from our yard, and are currently trying to exploit us for 1 month worth of rent. These people are an absolute nightmare and have zero professionalism dealing with tenants. If you're a landlord who respects your tenants, I'd absolutely recommend not using this shady law breaking company.

My husband and I have been living in this house for 5 years. They have always been on top of our maintenance requests. Our central air unit quit working and Adam from Gibson did an awesome job in getting it fixed! I would recommend Gibson Property Group! Thanks Adam!

Lived in a house in Clifton for 2 years. Gibson took over the property after we had signed a lease with the owner and for the entire first year, before we signed with Gibson for the second year, I think they just forgot about us - Many maintenance requests never got answered properly or at all. They redid the sewer in the basement and then we found that they dumped the extra concrete down the sink which then backed up into our shower which we had to pay for a drain clean out because they claimed it was just hair- it wasn't...there was chunks of concrete. I have lived in a beautiful home in Cincinnati for 2 years. Gibson Proberty has been absolutely amazing at everything. We had a problem with a sewer pipe and they got it fixed in a hurry. They are never short and do the best work. They take pride in there homes and it shows a lot. I recommend this wonderful company to so many people.

Honestly wish there was an option for 0 stars. Love how they slap a coat of white paint on a dump, add some white tiles and charge 1200+. Placed multiple maintenance requests that never got answered, had horrible lawn care service, and was taken advantage of by the owner Brian.

Brian was wonderful helping my husband and I find a place when moving from WV to Cincinnati. Made sure we were in a quiet area so I can sleep during the day correct night shift, helped us with a new rental property that was bigger and was always able to accommodate us when needed. Would definitely recommend using them for your rental needs!

Terrible landlord. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Took almost 5 months to receive our security deposit. When we did, damages that were present when we moved in were listed. Didn’t bother to argue because getting a straight answer or even a response is near impossible. Had to have the stove replaced, they had it dropped off without the old one being removed or new one installed. Had to do both ourselves or go without until who knows when. Old one sat on our porch for almost a month. Would not trust them unless you are desperate.

There is a lot I can say about Gibson and the best way to sum it all up is AMAZING. Brian (our landlord) gave us a chance when we needed it. Having had bad luck with roommates who left us with evictions and such, no one would rent to us. But Brian heard our story out and gave us a chance. A year later we resigned a second lease and even were able to upgrade from a one bed to a two bed. Now our son who is due any day, has a nursery. Gibson property group is so preofessional. If something needs fixed, they come fix it right away! When I locked myself out of the house, they came out right away to let me back in. I love living here!
