Hunley house retreat was very clean and very comfortable. Our experience was amazing! Will definitely come back. Communication with ownership was clear and easy. Questions were answered timely and accurately. Highly recommend. Beautiful drive along the Ohio River from property to the city. Not very far from all attractions in Cincinnati.

Grand Welcome has been fantastic. As investors, we have properties and managers across the country. Matt Pesler and Grand welcome have been the most proactive and sensible managers we've ever had. They make fast decisions and send prompt statements of services and profit/expenses. We've really appreciated the peace of mind of knowing there is a competent dedicated person looking after our interests.

Wonderful rental for large groups. We loved having individual apartments to retreat to, with spaces large enough to gather. Older building that has been redone nicely with everything you need for your stay. Great neighborhood for walking to restaurants, bars, and shops.

Can't recommend this place enough. Quiet at night. Pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere. You do have to climb some stairs but it's absolutely worth it. 5 out 5 would stay here again easy.

Home was perfect for us. Clean and tons of rooms!

We stayed in both units, 303 (2 bedrooms) and 304 (1 bedroom). Everything was perfect! Super clean and comfortable and in a great location. Both units were very well stocked, including K-cups for tea!👏👏👏. Matt was highly responsive and everything was exactly as he described it! Check in and check out we’re so easy, and much appreciated. Perfect location for the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, easy drive to Cincinnati too! House was perfect for our group. My son enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and games in the garage. Fun birding opportunities in the morning off the back porch. Host was helpful, responded quickly, and very friendly. Kelly Q’s & Whipper’s Dairy was a cute and delicious local restaurant.

This was the perfect little spot for our weekend away to see the Savannah Bananas. Rooms (beds) were very comfortable, amenities as promised and temperature in the loft was comfortable. Enjoyed movie night on the smart TV when the weather kept us inside for the night. Matt stayed in touch with everything that we needed to know. Would definitely stay again 😊

This house was perfect for our mini vacation! It was very clean and in a really nice neighborhood halfway between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. I would most definitely rent from them again!

This little house is absolutely precious. We have a family of 5, and it was the perfect size for us. So convenient. Matt is SO nice. It's in such a cute little town, in such a quiet area. Literally perfect! The ONLY thing I would warn you about, is the road that it's on can be rough for a low sitting vehicle 😅 but that's literally it. It was wonderful! As excited as I am to get home to my pups, I am so sad to leave! Side note- sit outside in the back yard at night for an extra special surprise 🪰⚡️

This is a lovely historic property in a quiet, attractive neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious (OK, the bathrooms were a bit of a squeeze, but you get that in an older house). We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and made breakfast one morning, and all slept well. The kitchen could be equipped a little better, but it was fine for breakfast. Everything worked and Matt from the management company was responsive to our questions! We'd definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time at the restful ark in Crittenden, KY! The location was great and it was extremely family friendly! The game room was a hit for our kids and the accommodations for our toddler were much appreciated! This is a super cute rental at a good price point! The condo was super tidy, full kitchen, great water pressure, comfortable bed, and situated so nicely to everything. Literally anywhere we drove it was less than 10 minutes to get to! The area is pretty quiet, which was very nice 😊 surrounding residents were very friendly and gave us great pointers on local favorites. Would stay here again! We had a wonderful stay at this house. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. We stayed in the lunar haven for several days while we visited the Creation Museum and the Ark. The house was clean and stocked with our necessary items like soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc. thanks for that!! The location was excellent, within 20-30 minutes to attractions and restaurants. The directions were good, check in was extremely smooth, the owner was very responsive! Matt even reached out to me to make sure we were satisfied with everything! There is some construction in the area, but that won’t last forever and nothing can be done about it. Good place to stay as long as you don't have toddlers! My toddler spent most of their time trying to climb the steep stairs. I did request a baby gate and it was delivered, but the gate did not work for the set of stairs in the home. Would stay there again, if I didnt have a toddler.

I had a kitchen light issue that I thought was a problem.Turns out I didn't know what switch was what l o l , but the owner had a maintenance person come out very quickly and look at it and that was nice

We appreciated the flexibility of this airbnb--we had elderly members of the family and one-year olds, and were able to gather family for celebration and to sleep comfortably in our own rooms. I was particularly impressed with the speed of responses from the house managers--when we had questions or asked for help they responded within 30-45 minutes, including when we were several months out from the days of renting. This was a wonderful place to rent as we gathered from all over the country for a wedding.

If looking for a nice low key place close to the ark. I would recommend staying here. Nights were quiet and the place had everything you could need.

Best you’ll get for the price point. Everything was clean modernized. With everything provided, you could come here with only food, clothes, and a toothbrush and have everything you need. We had a comfortable two-week stay. No complaints other than not much soundproofing between walls.

Great place for our family of seven for our Ark Encounter/Creation museum visit. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. More than enough space for the seven of us, could’ve even had more! Kids loved the ping pong table and separate living space downstairs. Very clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. There aren’t many stores/restaraunts nearby, however, we were able to get the few odd and ends we forgot to pack at the Dollar General right down the street. We had a beautiful stay at the Ark Adventure Retreat. We had rainy weather the entire stay, but that was of no concern because our children stayed completely occupied in the game room/garage area! The home was spotless and well kept. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was great! We had a few hiccups with the property but they were addressed immediately. Matt was patient and answered all our questions and concerns immediately. Everything was clean and most of the items we needed were provided. Weather did not permit us to use the pool but that's okay because it was not ready to be accessed anyway. The neighborhood was quiet, shopping was close and easy to get to. If you're looking for a great place to eat, Cattleman's Road House is a great option! We were visiting Walton, KY with our family and stayed in a house offered by Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals. The house was big enough to accommodate 5 families, was in a quiet neighborhood and very clean and organized. The owner was very easy to contact and was in constant communication with me. I would definitely recommend them!

We booked the Restful Ark for a 4-day 3-night stay on our trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. It was conveniently located between the 2 locations, with a 7-10 minute drive to the Ark and about 25-30 minute drive to the Creation Museum. We also drove into Cincinnati and saw some of the sights along the riverfront after a half-day at the Museum. It was about 20-25 minutes from there. We had a good time at the Restful Ark VRBO. It was very roomy and comfortable and met all of our needs. If anyone is planning on a trip to that area it will be worth your time to check it out.

We as friends come from Southern IL and IN to enjoy time together. We had a fantastic time and the air bnb we stayed at was great, both units were big enough for 8 of us. The deck was beautiful and relaxing when we wasnt off exploring things. We could have had more utensils instead of just the set of four. Our other guests had to bring theres down when we fixed meals at the house but again that was the only issue. Again everything else was great and we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

The apartment was nice and very clean. It was a fun environment and convenient to many places within walking distance. There were only a couple things that wasnt ideal: crack under the entry door brought in a lot of extra light while sleeping and not bathtub for the kiddies. Perfect for just a weekend stay. Out of control of the property, but the parking situation was horrible. Don't use the "$6" cheapskate parking lot nearby because it charges more than that. The parking deck close by is a better option. It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this property.

The house was clean when we arrived. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. Just across the river from Cincinnati. People are friendly. Had to call to have batteries in door lock changed and they came out that morning and took care of everything. I would recommend and encourage recycling as I found the bins the last day when I took trash out. Bin close to house was already full so I walked to the back and found the recycle bins. For folks with walking disabilities the back yard is a bit hazardous.

This place is a just right size for two people to visit Cincinnati and tucked away In the charming Neighborhood of Mount Adams. You’re close to restaurants and drinking establishments for nightlife yet you’re still ina a niche community with a mix of ages from student age to seniors. Parking proved not to be a challenge at all, except that it was sometimes on a hill. The room it Itself was well appointed recently remodeled, and nicely equipped with most anything you would need stored out of the way in the cabinets. The area is safe and close to the ark encounter. It has the local restaurants which is pretty convenient. The place itself is pretty comfy for us family of 5. There are 3 rooms and a spacious basement. Great place for visiting families. Has TVs and kitchen essentials. I love the 3 bathrooms, the place is restful after a long day from the museum and rhe ark. I would recommend to my friends who are coming to visit the ark. Perfect location.

The couch is very small and uncomfortable (even for only 2 people), there are no full length mirrors anywhere for getting ready, while there is an adequate amount of lighting in the space... it is poor yellow lighting, and lastly there's no TV in the bedroom. What a lovely little cottage for our spring break getaway!! We had three generations and seven people. Horse Haven was comfortable, impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the large backyard area and fire pit and especially the five deer that visited each morning and evening. Matt and crew were attentive enough to make sure everything was as we expected, but not overbearing. I’d enthusiastically recommend Horse Haven!

Matt was super helpful and very quick with responses to any questions or concerns that we had throughout our trip and would recommend the apartment on Seitz street to anyone staying in Cincinnati. The apartment was very clean, quiet with a nice skyline view. The swinging chairs were a perfect touch on our trip as everything was less than a 15 minute drive from any activity’s in Cincinnati or Kentucky.

I travel for work and stayed in one of their properties in Cincinnati with my teenager. I was drawn to the house due to the pictures of the comfy Livingroom, and we were not disappointed, two couches, a large TV with games and streaming services. I was able to cook our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There were plenty of towels and blankets and free laundry and parking on site. It was just as comfy as home, and the hosts reached out and made sure we were comfortable. Any message to them was responded to within minutes. Overall 10 out of 10! Would def stay again.

This place felt like home. The location was perfect for us because it was at the center of everything. The property was well equipped for our stay (despite the lack of a washer and dryer). I look forward to staying here in the future. I highly recommend this place for a family of 2 to 4 people.

My stay at Queen City Views 4 was amazing. Check in was a breeze, and Matt checked in daily to ensure that I had everything that I needed. The space was exactly as described and shown in photos. Super clean beautiful place! The view from the balcony is priceless. Please keep in mind when booking that Unit 4 is on the third floor of a walk up building. This is the location for getting around Cincinnati. Close to Clifton, OTR, Oakley, and Downtown. The house was decorated just as the pictures show. We had all the items to stay for over a month. Pots pans, plates glasses. The house stayed a very cozy temperature during one of Cincinnati's worst snow storm. Matt and his team were great with check "couldn't get any easier". This is definitely a place to stay if visiting Cincinnati.

My fiancé and I recently stayed here with our dog and we absolutely loved it, the apartment is very pretty and well put together. It was super easy to find as well. Ladies be aware there isn’t a dresser, but there’s multiple closets that you can hang stuff up in. The beds are super comfortable and homey we’d love to stay here again!!

The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable is not being from this area, there were times we weren't comfortable unpacking our car due to bus/trolley stop right in front attracting folks that felt a bit shady. The house was nice and clean with plenty of amenities in a great location for us. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of extras. Matt's home had EVERYTHING we 3 needed for a business stay in Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with many options for shopping and eating out. Beds were comfortable memory foam with lovely linens and extra covers when needed. Plenty kitchen accouterments for making breakfast and supper. The hot water seemed unending, The privacy of the 2nd gathering room was awesome for late night movie watching and couch comfy for curling up. Easy in and easy out the ONLY negative was the too early check out with abnormally high price to delay.

I had the privilege of staying here almost 50 days. It’s a very clean quiet dwelling.Good for 3-4 ppl . I was working in the state Of Ohio and this was a great place to help with the transition from home. They were very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. This place is nothing but amazing. Super clean and perfectly put together! It’s central to so many restaurants, night spots, and shops. The back deck is a great chill spot (until it got cold out). Beautiful home, everything physical was awesome! BUTTTT Apparently “sleeps 16” means 16 people breathing quietly. The moment we talked at a normal volume, we got complaints. The host should be honest in the listing — this property is not suitable for groups, events, or even casual socializing. Totally disappointed.

My girlfriend and I made a quick trip to Cincinnati to watch my little sister play her first game as a bearcat, it’s so close to campus and downtown as well. As far as the unit it was amazing very clean very appealing to the eye. My favorite part has to be the swings on the balcony with a city view. All 10’s across the board. Since my sisters basketball season started I’ll be out in Cincinnati a lot I will definitely be coming back to book another stay!

Walton Arkside has been a lovely retreat for us (3 couples) over the past five days. The house is light and bright & the four bedrooms comfortably gave us options. Kitchen is a well appointed and easy workspace. It’s 25 minutes to the Ark and Creation Museums as well as Cincinnati. A walking trail and large park are nearby as well as markets and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. A periodic train was easily dealt with by earplugs for a light sleeper in our party. Communication was excellent! We would return again and definitely recommend!

Stayed at Matt’s wonderful and cute little condo in Covington and it could not have been better! This place is gorgeous and updated, and super clean. Went for a football weekend with my son and we were both extremely happy with our stay. Matt was very kind and helpful throughout. The condo is in a great location, short walk to restaurants and about a 8-10 min uber ride to Paycor stadium. Fantastic stay and will definitely come back! 5+ stars.

I travelled over from the UK to watch a bengals game. The apartment is ideal with everything required for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. Located a couple of miles from downtown Cincinnati a short Uber ride away. Would definitely stay again if I’m visiting Cincinnati.

We stayed here while we went to the Ohio Renaissance Fair as it was only 20 minutes away. If you are from out of town I HIGHLY recommend stopping at UDF for some ice cream. You’re only minutes from all the great Cincinnati and Covington neighborhoods and restaurants, and the area is historic and charming. My highest possible recommendation.

.The rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever talked to. Regardless of where I'm from, my money and being a potential customer --- wow, what a horrible experience. Thankfully, all my other interactions with folks in my adventure have been so helpful and kind.

We absolutely loved the place. It was perfect, rooms were clean and free of dust. There is one flaw and that is with all rentals and hotel beds, mattresses are cheap and hard. I don't understand why most rentals don’t accommodate the one thing you need to be perfect, sleep. That's just the way it is.

Where to begin. Our first step into the unit and we were blown over by the smell of smoke. It is a non smoking unit but someone has been smoking in here and it was never cleaned properly to sanitize that smell. The furniture was cheap garage sale material and in no way fit for an average sized adult to safely or comfortably sit on. The stickers on all the dishes and decorative furnishings prove that they have never been washed or cleaned. The bathroom linens were stained or had bleach spots. The beds were flimsy and had hard (to the point of waking up sore) mattresses but the bedding was clean…

Amazing location and quality! The place was immaculately clean , located just off of a vibrant entertainment avenue. Parking was simple and safe. The accommodations were spacious and tastefully decorated. Quiet neighbors.

Great accommodations. Well decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was easy to work with and made our two night stay very pleasant. Price was great, less than a hotel downtown with none of the hassle. Like staying at your own home while on vacation. Have recommended to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again.

Grand Welcome did an excellent job! They provided excellent communication, the property matched the description, the value was much better than a hotel room (more space, very clean, secure, private), and the location was great for us. The extra touches were definitely appreciated. We will definitely consider them in future reservations.

This was one of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. The house is very accommodating for a large family and had plenty of amenities. We brought utensils for cooking and we didn’t have to use any of our stuff because the kitchen was well stocked. The host also provided plenty of bathroom and bedroom amenities. Plenty of towels and blankets. I’m usually not the biggest fan of AirBnB’s but the experience was excellent and I highly recommend!

This house was perfect for family traveling from different states to gather! The house was clean, warm, very well and tastefully stocked! Location was great too! Commmunication with the Host was awesome as well. We would choose this Home again to stay in!
