Hive Property is great company and concerns or issue I have had,, someone was always available . Customer Services is great and my Property Manager Kent has always been the best with communicating and issues I may have.

Great team that goes above and beyond. Kent, Jay, and Nate have made investment from afar possible.

We have only been working with Hive for a couple of short months, but we can confidently say they are great. From showing us the property, to taking care of small issues prior to move in, to move in date, everything has gone smoothly and communication has been timely and spot on.

I have no idea how HIVE has such good reviews - that has not been my experience at all as a property owner, and I feel like the bar is pretty low for a property management company. All they had to do was send me the same correct amount of money every month, and that did not happen for the majority of months over the one year lease. Oftentimes, it would take them days to weeks after the original transfer to send me the full amount owed, with significant amounts of communication required on my part to make that happen. As first time rental property owners, we were looking for a local property manager who could give personal attention to us as well as to our tenants. We did some research, but Hive stood out because of the user-friendly systems and the variety of options available for us to communicate with real people. Kent and his maintenance crew respond promptly to any questions or issues. If you are looking to be a hands-off property owner, give them a call.

They are very professional and respond back to you. In a timely manner, the process did not even take long. They asked me when I wanted to move in. I received the application and was awarded the apartment. The location of the unit and the apartment are very great. There were no problems with management. I'll recommend too friends and family members.I had a great experience and we'll enjoy living here.
