I’ve been working with Megan for almost 6 years now and I’ve actually followed her through a few different companies because she is just that good. Being a landlord while living overseas is usually a massive headache but Megan handles absolutely everything for me from A to Z. The main thing that makes her stand out is her maintenance team. Quenton was at my house today to fix water heater. Absolutley great and honest guy wish there were more people out there like him, Great job and will try and request him in the future

Kelly was our maintenance person and he was very thorough. He was very communicative and even found another issue and fixed that also. I am very pleased with his work.

KJ was outstanding! He had great communication from start to finish and made sure everything was clearly explained with my maintenance issue. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail and cleaned up after! On top of that, his customer service was excellent—friendly, respectful, and professional the entire time. I really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him.

I was really worried about some issues in the unit, and KJ and Quentin took care of it in a caring and timely manner. They were awesome, you guys should always keep them as your guys. They’re the guys. A1’s since day 1’s. Never number 2. Reliable, outstanding, and they show care.
