As a landlord with multiple properties, my experience with IPM has been great. They genuinely care about getting the right people into my properties, and I don't just feel like a number to them. Great communication, timely reporting, and pleasant interactions with their staff makes this a no-brainer for me.
I have been working with Ideal for a few months and it couldn't be any better. They take everything off my plate as an investor and the property has felt like it is in great hands. Communication is great and my mind feels totally at ease. Cedric and Nathan have been great. As far as I know, the team has been crushing it for me!
I cant say enough good things about this Management group. Nathan and Cedric are really good guys that get results. I had my last property filled a couple days after I completed the renovation. If you need property management use these guys!!!
