It is terrible management company. I have a condo at 32 providence manage by L&B And there gutters broken, run water into our condo and make it damage and mold the ceilings, and this happens since two years now. And they not taking care, they totally ignored, they are terrible. I need to bring this to court attention.
Horrible management company. Owner does not speak with or deal with women, even when the woman is the owner. Front desk staff are rude, disrespectful and do not respond to owners. Unhelpful to tenants and charge bills for work that they have not done. Known in the Cincinnati area as being one of the worst management companies for rental owners. Make sure to read all reviews prior to signing with them. Reviews are consistently negative and identify similar issues.
