Management Plus makes it so easy to be a HOA board member. The handle all tasks very quickly and always provide top tier customer service, while being very mindful of budgets.

All the years we have been dunned by these people, no matter how many times we have told them they do NOT have our name correct, they still haven't fixed it. I don't t think they can read or spell. They certainly know how to threaten if they don't get their check on time

Hello, please - I need to talk to their Senior Property manager. I have so much maintenance issues with Timbers Condominium community. The local Property Manager doesn't satisfy maintenance requests that causes damages of my property. I have moved here 2 years ago and I have having 2 losses already and keep having damages.

I don't even know why I pay HOA fees when it seems like they don't do anything at all. It takes months to get applications approved and I have to hound them for updates EVERY time. I HATE LIVING IN HOA NEIGHBORHOODS

Twice in the last two months I have needed HOA permission for home improvements. In both cases Management Plus responded promptly and helpfully. I couldn't ask for better service.

The worst service. My wife and I have been trying to fix a water leak through the roof for years, and now the damage has reached the basement and one wall is rotten. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t allow anyone to speak to them in the office without an appointment, and they don’t answer the phone to schedule an appointment either. This is the worst HOA company.

The entire staff at Management Plus is genuinely professional and friendly. They make an effort to communicate clearly about upcoming projects, fees, and community updates, which makes a huge difference in resident satisfaction. If you are looking for competent, caring, and communicative condo management, I highly recommend them!

They rarely answer calls or address concerns, and it shouldn’t be this difficult to get basic assistance. I have had good interactions with some of the staff there who are kind and prompt (The main lady answering the phones, and her manager, and the Quail Meadows manager). A lot of improvement needed with "some other staff" returning client calls and responsiveness. Their office is by appt only so the client is left at the mercy of getting a call or email back and I wasn't able to get any return calls for several days on a recent matter and I called nicely several times and requested return calls. I am not sure if we have recently changed the company that manages the area since the maintenance of the community where I live has been horrible in recent months. Since the first storm we had, the lining of one of the condos was blown up by the air, and so far, they have not fixed it . there are many branches everywhere which also have been there since the first storm lying on the floor . The fences of almost every condominium are falling, and they do not fix them even when you tell them they need to fix them. I am not exactly sure what kind of "management services" this company offers because the neighborhood I live in is a mess! No one that I have ever communicated with knows what is going on. If you email one "manager" they have to get it to another "manager" that is supposed to deal with the neighborhood. I have lived in my neighborhood longer than they have been "managing" the property here. I have been treated by what can be described as hostile disrespect from they first day they took over. Now as I have been trying to get them the money they collect for the HOA, I am running into even more problems. Their new portal is not working as described in their email notification of the change. Feeling extremely disappointed with the lack of response to my query about having some much needed pruning/landscaping done. Was told 3 weeks ago that they would get back to me. Have since sent an email and left 3 phone messages, since my manager seems to never be available to actually speak on the phone. Such poor service.

The property gets maintained in my neighborhood but when I ask for something the response I get back is usually hostile.

I think this placehave the worst hoa in all the community I have heard of in cincinnati. I am a senoir who moved in 3 yrs ago and all they continue to do is go up on hoa, I want to invite the I team out to investigate .First of all my yard requires little to no maintaining my hoa went from 363 to close to 500 and I get nothing for the money. As always HOA management companies are nothing but a scam. Please stop adding HOA to every new subdivision they take money and waste it on items that aren't needed. I live in an HOA community and half of the $20,000 that they collect yearly is wasted on management fees, taxes, legal fees, postage, and insurance. The rest goes towards landscaping areas the residents are perfectly cable of taking care of themselves.
