DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I paid my rent in full every month prior to the due date. I turned my keys in 10 days prior to my lease being up, and they are charging me for quitting my lease early. The rent had already been paid for the year. They are also charging me more then double for my last month of water, which I was only present for 3 out of the 4 weeks. I have called and emailed several times, and the only response I am getting is a collection warning if I do not pay it in full. I have emailed 8 times trying to get this handled, and no one will respond to my questions or correct the invoice.…

I would never recommend these apartments I moved in 2018 they charge me 287 dollars to clean my carpet after 4 years they said they don't clean carpet unless you move out the maintenance men in the past broke my shades while they were trying to fix my ac you want to charge me fifty dollars to replace my shades after 8 years of living here apartment needs to be repainted. While living at Mitchell's Park Apartments I had great neighbors and the apartments themselves were ok. The management is the WORST I've ever had to deal with, and I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this place. Maintenance just came into my apartment one day while I was showering with no notice. They wanted to paint the ceiling from a previous repair and when I said something to the property manager she told me it was an "emergency". Renter beware...not worth the cost. They charge waaay too much for rent, and badger their tenants about the way their apartments look from the outside while they let the buildings fall apart and everybody's looking at the electric panel hanging off the side of the wall, not the miniblinds with a broken slot, or a privacy canvas covering their patio. The pool at Sanctuary Place is way too small for the size of the community there. One star cause Zero isn't an option. Left this peoples rat hole in September. Followed every rule of there contract to the letter. Receive an email 4 months later stating they could never get a hold of me to tell me there's an extra 608$ dollar charge. When my phone and email have never changed and this my final notice. A box under a bridge honestly would be better than this company. Avoid at all costs.
