Don't use this company. Very unfriendly. They take advantage of the students renting then blame everything on the "landlord". I was yelled at by a staff member when I inquired about paying a bill for a time period before we even moved in. Very sad. Update, after I got yelled at, they called my child who is renting the location, and complained about me to them. WOW
This is the second time we have rented from Oxford Real Estate. We always have the best experiences with them. The ladies in the office are the nicest people! The maintenance guys are so quick and fix things right away and are respectful of your home. We are so thankful to have such a great company to rent from!
