As a unit owner in a community managed by Paradigm, I strongly advise against engaging with this company. I have an ongoing issue with the external front facade of my house, which Paradigm has acknowledged falls under their responsibility. Despite this, it has been over four months without any acknowledgment or response to my inquiries regarding the repair. I’ve been living here for a few days now and so far the experience has been very positive. The move-in process was smooth, the apartment was clean and in good condition, and the community itself feels quiet and well maintained. Communication with Cindy and the management team has been clear and timely, which made getting settled much easier than expected. Mr. Eric, the maintenance man is top-tier. I put in a request on Tuesday about my heat not working. He came the next day and got it together without any issues. Also unclogged a sink that wouldn’t drain properly in the future. I highly recommend his work and also always want him to come and fix my things. His communication is on point and he’s very professional when it comes to fixing things and getting it done in a timely manner

My kitchen sink was backing up when I used it, and filling up with nasty water when my neighbor used hers. Eric came out promptly and snaked out 25'' of drain line. He was a pleasure to deal with.

One of the worst property management companies I’ve experienced. I moved away 60 days ago and I still haven’t received communication back about my deposit. If you need to call someone you can’t reach them, there’s excessive mold issues, personnel issues and rude customer service. They dismiss your needs and there’s no way to track requests. They stole and disposed of over $100 of my property off my side of the porch when I moved in, but kept the trash that was left from the last tenant. I completely agree with my roommate’s review. Our experience here has been nothing short of a disaster. From day one, it's been one issue after another. We were given the wrong keys at move-in, which set the tone for everything that followed. The radiator in our unit leaked, and the temperature control was non-existent — it swung between freezing cold and unbearable heat, with no way to adjust it. During the winter it could easily drop as low as 50 degrees and as high as 80 degrees INDOORS. I monitored these temperatures myself with a thermometer. I’ve been wanting to leave a review the minute I signed the lease to the minute I moved out. Paradigm Properties is by far the worst property management company there is. Save yourself the stress, and rent from any other property management but not them! They will make sure to take their rent, but will neglect to clean the apartment building hallways. Happy with my experience so far with Paradigm Properties and my apartment at Two Sisters in Gaslight District of Clifton. Lots of light, newer windows, parking, convenient location and friendly neighbors. Buildings have lots of character and charm.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. They let tenants go without heat when the temps are below zero. I had to call the health department twice to force them to turn on the heat. This company also enters tenant apartments without notice. Especially if you request maintenance for non emergency things. It’s illegal to enter without notice. Also, I pay rent on time. Was given 30 days notice to leave, but was told by voicemail and 2 emails from Paradigm that I could stay if I remedied a situation. Miss Cindy and James have been the most helpful. I honestly don’t have any complaints this far. The place is perfect for my children and myself. Quite just how we like it and the neighbors are friendly. I was doing some traveling when I first moved in, so I’m just now getting unpacked and able to leave my review. Very poor customer service. My son was locked out of his apartment we called the emergency number no one answered or called us back , this happened February 3, 2024. We have to find a locksmith and pay$80. I can’t wait for the lease to be over.

Have had a great experience with Paradigm so far. Maintenance (especially James) was very helpful and time efficient getting a small leak fixed!

I had an amazing experience with getting into my apartment. Ms. Cindy is the best and communicates very well! My apartment is more than pleasing and I would highly recommend them.
