Roach infestation that they will not take accountability for. Extermination procedures for the property are used as a quick fix. They will charge you after you leave for further extermination fees. Be cautious and document everything. No family deserves to have their financial lives ruined or lose their furniture while the management company gets to move on and make money.

I am a current resident with Pinnacle Management, and after this experience I will never go through a leasing company again. Any time ground work that needs done, they outsource to an independent contractor and for some reason they always fail to do the job required. (Same thing goes for cleaning/painting units when they’re ready to be flipped). But management takes absolutely no accountability and blames everything on their contractors. They’re very wicked set of human beings. Heavy snowstorm they don’t bother to send someone to help clean it, so that we the tenants can drive out and in easily. They sleep comfortably in their beds at nights without caring. Very bad people.
