The Maintenance Technician arrived at the time that was stated. I had several issues and he fixed them all. He also took the time to fix and explain about the wall thermostat/HVAC temperature control unit. Very helpful. Thanks

Moving out early lease termination due to my safety for your tenant that I have a police report on. Today I get a message about a 50 charge for a 3 day notice that you posted on my account I already left your property I have witnesses as well then you send me this email about early termination lease for me to sign which I will not. they've been really amazing! very responsive, friendly and always trying to make things easy and great. requested maintenance and they replied right away and the guy showed up in the morning with all his tools and did the job!

The maintenance man was very friendly, very neat and very professional.

My kitchen sink backed up and would not completely drain. The maintenance and plumbing crew worked on it most of the morning until the issue was resolved…. Great Outcome!

The technician who came to our apartment for the heating issue was kind and helpful. He came in a timely manner and he brought 2 space heaters to help with the issue, while a permanent fix was being worked out! I appreciate you Prosper!

One side of towel rack fell down filled out maintenance requests within hour my request was answered letting me know within 24 hours that maintenance would coming to my apartment to fix the issue 😊 I just wish I would have gotten the maintenance guy name he was very efficient and polite when fixing my towel rack 😊

I Have been there going on 3 years now, and I’m loving it… Quite place, everyone is nice and friendly….if you ever have a issue with your apartment put in maintenance request and the issue is fixed in couple days the max… Great place to live I’m not moving this is my home ….

Since acquiring the property in November 2024, Prosper Communities has worked nonstop to improve the property. From repainting the exterior to replacing the outdoor lights and mailboxes to resurfacing the parking lot and filling the potholes, they have made living here more of a blessing than before. Thank you for good service and management.

I don’t usually do this but here we go!!! I wish I could rate them -5. My maintenance requests get deleted from the app and no one follows up to address them. Recently I’ve been getting threatening emails that they are going to tow my vehicle- which I have a parking permit from them and a contract for my parking space. For some reason, there is a car parked on my spot 24/7 and I literally NEVER get to park on my designated spot. When I brought this up to them, nothing was done. I informed the people of prosper of my air conditioning issue and they immediately got back to me and showed up the next day. I received a new air conditioning unit and it's running beautifully.

I have lived here 10 plus years,and Prosper communities has done more updates inside and out than the last four owners put together. I had a leak with my toilet and the maintenance was very efficient. Job well done Thank you I can’t remember his name lol (William) five stars

Our refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend, slowly at first so I didn't immediately make a maintenance request. Once the refrigerator started blowing warm air, I put in a maintenance request and within 24 hours the old refrigerator was replaced with a new one. The whole process took about 20 minutes. The maintenance crew was a very friendly bunch of guys who took care in helping me get some furniture out of the way so the refrigerators could be moved through my living room to get in and out of the kitchen.

Ms.Marali is and was very helpful answering questions and communicating with me regarding my concerns of my personal needs. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to find a home with Prosper communities. Apartments are also very nice and clean , neighbors are nice and respectful .

I do not recommend Prosper Communities to anyone. It was like pulling teeth to get my security deposit back. Get ready for a loooong review. I filled out my move out request on 7/9/2024. They shared a move out checklist with me 2 times and I filled it out both times upon vacating the property in August. This checklist says you will receive your security deposit electronically within 30 days of move out. I called on 9/6/2024 just to inquire about the security deposit because the move out process was odd compared to other rental companies. I was told it would take about a month to receive so I w…

Am very pleased with this Prosper community. I really enjoy living here. It is very peaceful and they do a fine job with responding to your requests.

Kenneth came out twice as when seeing the repair meld, I noticed that it said a smoke detector was installed in the kitchen, when it should have read bedroom, I e-mailed Prosper and let them know.. My apartment was in abatement due to the missing smoke detector in my bedroom. Ken installed the one in my bedroom last Monday. He came out again today and installed another one near the kitchen. I explained the problem regarding the first smoke detector, and he's covered all the bases for the location of all 3 smoke detectors.

I lived in a Prosper Communities building for about a year and had a great experience. The office staff was very timely with their responses and helpful, as well. Maintenance was timely and friendly and did a great job. The unit was freshly renovated and in great condition. The property offered a parking lot and was in a great location. Would definitely rent from them again.

They will not respond to emails or calls. I've been trying to get my deposit back, and even after leaving positive reviews as requested by them, I'm so tired and stressed and over this. From reviews on other sites not getting back deposits even after being told you will is not uncommon. Soooooo where's my deposit? I have the emails to prove it too

My experience with Prosper was nothing short of what I could only describe as horrendous. After the termite infestation, mold, and countless other problems, I had to notify the health department (who later served a Notice of Violation) for the conditions I was put under. After a long court battle later, I am finally free of the suffering I had to endure through the year I was living there. I lived in a Prosper Apartment for two years as the first apartment I ever had on my own! I was so grateful to find somewhere and for how quickly they got back to me! I’ve absolutely loved all my neighbors as well as the locations of the building. My building is older, and they have been working on upgrading the units with new light fixtures and kitchen fixtures. I loved how there was a well-kept back yard where deer, rabbits, and other cute animals would come and I could watch! Prosper Communities is a great property group to be a tenant for. Prior to them taking over our property, we had multiple issues with maintenance requests and my car being broke into. Since they took over, I've had nothing but a great experience. They have done building renovations along with making sure all maintenance requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner.

Great location, nice apartments! Maintenance was always very quick to respond. I loved living here!
