RAW was wonderful to work with throughout the 3 years I lived at my rental home. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly, and the technicians were not only thorough with repairs but also respectful and kind every time they came out. The office staff made everything easy. They were friendly, flexible, and consistently great to work with. My house truly felt like a home thanks to how well they cared for the property and supported me as a tenant. I would absolutely recommend RAW to anyone looking for a rental property.
They have amazing done an amazing job on what I asked them to fix, pretty fast.
I love my townhouse. Rent is on the higher side, however they do accept pets with a fee. Maintenance is respectful, helpful and prompt. Lease terms are fair.
Someone is hardly there during opening hours and the people that works @ the front desk there barely knows anything. Thanks to Jason that helped me a week ago with questions I've been asking about for months.
