I've been in banking for over 30 years so I am a numbers guy to say the least. This was the first property manager in all my rentals that ever took the time to go over the projections on my rentals with me. I was debating on whether to sell or rent but the numbers didn't lie. I appreciated this level of service.

TLDR: RPM is the worst property managers I've worked with and would advise anyone to avoid them. They will take all your money and do nothing! I lived in Cincy and after work took me out of state my wife and I decided to rent the property instead of selling. Before RPM I had friends watching the property for 2 years, after they moved I hired RPM. The house is nice to live in. When they finish the basement the 2 rooms in the basement are a nice size for my son music equipment. Please don't forget to iput the nstallation in for the basement please.

The home is fairly priced for size and location. Updates would make this house shine, however, even as renters, we have made arrangements with past landlors and have updated certain areas that needed it. Those landlords were very happy and were even able to up the rent after we left. The home is otherwise is good condition and the finished basement is very nice. Thank you.

The way they talk to their tenants is absolutely unprofessional. If you have a problem they take their sweet time to get back to you, and when they finally do, it's with sarcasm and excuses. The lack of professionalism in their demeanor is a problem and should be investigated, and fixed. They also will not tell you when they are coming to fix issues you have with your apartment, and will show up at random times without telling you, and then get snarky when you are not there. This property manager is the worse I’ve ever dealt with. They do horrible repairs after I bother them 3 times or more. They don’t care about the tenants only money. They leased me a unit that is leaning sideways. Mind you I’m 24 with 2 kids I said sure I’ll take it I needed a place fast it was in my price range. Well the front and back doors do not fit the frames due to this and have big gapes in between the door and frame. This allowed for all types of pest to enter the unit. Horrible property management company save yourself their units have pest and they try to blame the tenant for it I literally had pest control say the pest issue was the worst they had ever seen within my first month staying at the unit and I'm a clean person when I offered to bomb the unit to help resolve problems i was told I would be charged $99 for every smoke detector in the unit.
