Shelby and team were excellent with the management of our 5-unit over the years. Simple, seamless process, keeps owners in the loop and minimizes requests to only the crucial items. Additionally, her team was amazing and accessible for anything that needed corrected/addressed, or any inquiries we had.

Avoid Realiant at all costs. Hiring them to manage our single-family rental in Covington was one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made. Shelby rocks! Not only did she manage my rental efficiently and effectively for years, she sold it as the agent herself making it a VERY easy process. This company will NOT evict the residents on Hanser Drive even though the residents there are shooting bb's at other peoples cars, pets, small and disabled children, etc. They say it is a "police" matter and the police are saying this is THEIR responsibility.

Moved in January 14th, my first electric bill was $616 ($536 after the $80 deposit) for a 1 bedroom apartment..No, something is clearly wrong. I put in 2 maintenance requests for someone to come and check my appliances, never heard back no one ever showed up meanwhile next month's bill is steady racking up so I contacted an outside electrician to come inspect. Absolutely terrible don’t ever recommend, my furnace went out mid snow storm wasn’t fixed for 4 days as my house was below 30 degrees. My water heater went out and has still been broke for 15 days.

I would never rent from another private owner that uses this company to manage their property again. First off, work orders are usually so backed up you have to wait months to get anything fixed. Every time they come out to fix things they usually have to send another person out to fix it again because it was not done right the first time. The worst property management in town. Notified them of rodents and it took over 9 days and still haven’t gotten any remedies. I wouldn’t let a homeless dog rent from them. Do not walk runnnnnn away from Bella Sherri and everyone else. Anytime something is wrong Bella is conveniently out of the office. Money hungry scammers.

Finding an apartment with reliant was so easy. Application process. The deposit guided tours, Utility starts, move in. Everything was extremely easy and streamlined. Communication was great. This is the most stress free apartment search I have had yet. And I got a beautiful home in a great area. Very happy overall.

We had to find & move into a new place pretty quickly and Realiant was great at getting everything done in such a short time span. Marie, our agent, had great communication with us & helped so much through the entire process! On move-in day Jared met us at the apartment on time & was very friendly and informed us a lot about procedures & the area around us. Our toilet was clogged on the first day so we put in a maintenance request and even during holiday season they sent someone out by the next morning! We are very impressed & excited to be living in our new apartment!!

Horribly company to rent through. Maintenance is a joke, they’ll come out and close out the ticket, leaving the issue still existent. They’ll charge you for whatever they possibly can to not return your deposit to you. I’ve heard a lot of negatives about the company, along with my own experience. Believe anything negative you hear about them.

We just got the keys for our rental and have had a great experience so far. They work with you throughout the application process and lease signing. They make sure you are happy south the house you're renting before you get the keys. The few questions I've had have been answered quickly through text without having to call.

It has been really great working with the team at Realiant. We found out through neighbors that the HOA is responsible for deck board replacement and staining. Our deck is in bad shape. It’s safe but looks terrible and some boards are clearly lifting and need replaced. Since we don’t personally pay the HOA fees it’s been very difficult to get our deck looked at and repaired through the HOA. In comes Marie with Realiant. Doesn't respond to actual maintenance requests that require a property manager to do their job, and pay for it. Cheap fixes that result in more damage and more repairs later on. Not to mention the fact the person who gave us the tour lied, telling us the unit would be getting updated and repaired. Liars. Don't trust these people with your time.

They kept my deposit from me after moving out with a timely notice. Despite the fact we left our apartment in good condition with minor defaults. Over $1,800 taken from us due to the fact when they bought the property, the old owners didn't provide the original lease showing proof of a deposit being made.

I would avoid this company at all costs. I have been renting for over 20 year and I have never had such a slum lord experience!. I had roaches, rats, electrical issues that were never addressed. I was incorrectly served 2 eviction notices in the 15 months I was at their property. Simply because I paid so early in the month they lost track of my money. This company and their staff is the most incompetent and unprofessional management company i have had to deal with.

I've been a Realiant renter since I moved here in 2018 and they're definitely the best property management company I've ever dealt with. The Northern Kentucky office is full of trustworthy people...they advocate for their tenants to an extent that is sometimes surprising compared to the industry in general. Vicki and Dominic in particular have consistently gone well above and beyond what you would typically expect from an agency that manages as much property as they do.

Maria has been amazing at helping us getting into the apartment helping us get everything set up to move into the apartment. She has been an amazing help to me and my husband both.

Our heating system went out and there was snow outside, it was fifty degrees in our house and we didn’t want to leave the dogs. We were huddled in one room with a space heater and we thought they wouldn’t be able to help us for two more days. The company made us a priority, and found us a furnace the very next morning! They came and installed it and had us back up and running in no time. Our family is very thankful. We are also very warm now. Thank you very much.

Great company that is tenant oriented

I've been here for like almost 5 years and they keep up to date on our properties anytime anything or any maintenance needs fixed or on it we're always willing to help you out if needed help and if anything goes wrong with the apartment that are willing to help you out to get into a different apartment of theirs I've been here for a long time now because of them in every other property on landlord I ever had wouldn't be like that they wouldn't care but relying probably management daycare this is why I'm still here and open to stay here for a very long time

Recently it's been so hard to find a place to rent. I tried marketplace, Facebook and even suggestions from friends. A coworker told me about Realiant and I gave them a call. The staff were super helpful and steered me towards options that were within my budget and even helped with the application process. Realiant was a breath of fresh air after all the scam posts I'd encountered. Recently I put in a maintenance request for my heat and they arrived the same day to address it.

I would strongly recommend going through a different company. When my lease is up I will not renew. We have 1 wall air conditioning unit for the entire house. It’s 88 degrees in our basement and 82 degrees in our 2 month olds bedroom. They have not answered in 2 weeks. Windows go side to side so can’t just go buy an air conditioner and the basement has no windows to put one in. I have even reached out to the landlord personally and he tried to contact them. Never again! They can’t even keep the address’ correct. This company is a joke!

Terrible property management. I first moved in, all the windows were broken letting cold air in and the front door lock was broken. I could not lock my front door and had open/broken windows for the first 3 weeks at their property. Myranda could NOT be bothered. Nothing works on the property. Reliant bought the apartment I was living in half way through my 3 year stay there. When I moved out they insured me the place looked great and I would get my deposit back. I called them countless times and always given the run around. My ceiling collapsed in my children's playroom and a work order was not put in when I informed management and realiant also didn't ask if there were any injuries. We have a beautiful house now and my little family loves it. The staff has been so amazing and the office manager responds same day every time.
