Sent people to work on the house multiple times with no warning. Imagine being a 21 yr old college girl waking up to a fully visible man on a ladder outside your second story window with literally no warning whatsoever. They also rented out our house to a group of people for the year of 2025 and expected us (group of 2023-2024) to rent the property for the second year in January of 2023 in order to secure the property for 2025, without us ever living there first. Rented for 2 years with Red Brick. There is always someone there for you when you need help. Ted treats all of us students like we are his own children! So helpful and friendly.
I love RedBrick Property but only because of Ted. He responds so fast and actually cares about the tenants, he’s here as soon as we need him no matter how big or small the problem is!
