Wonderful experience while living there, the contacts and maintenance team are great while you are in the home. When moving in however we got a text that they may not have been done doing the maintenance from last year and honestly, we didn't care for quite some time since we really weren't going to be there for 2 weeks after we initially moved our stuff in. Their building, specifically the 7244 Reading Road apartment building is absolutely infested with all kinds of cockroaches. German (the worst, and hardest to get rid of) American, and I even saw an oriental cockroach. I lived here in 2023 and moved out as soon as my lease was up. Saw that they are renting out one of the apartments in that building. My God, if you care at all about your health do not rent from that place. and I see they have the absolute audacity to RAISE the rent 100 dollars for that place. When I stayed there, it was 695. Do NOT rent with these guys. We left our home cleaner than when we moved in, even hiring professional carpet cleaners due to the disgusting state of the carpets at move-in. We still ended up losing the majority of our security deposit. They frequently toured the property while we were living there and would give us less than 48 hours’ notice throughout the year. They would even unlock doors to show rooms when tenants weren’t home. We were charged for a grill “removal” that was there before we moved in, plus other random “fees” like paint touch-ups that clearly qualify as normal wear and tear…

DONT RENT FROM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT. We cleaned the entire place to perfection, left it far better than we got it and even planted grass in the backyard and still they charged us 1650$ for cleaning services and a bunch of other BS. Clearly had no intention of giving us back the security deposit. Constantly in our space touring people and never would come to fix anything we had issues with.

Look, they respond to everything pretty fast, but genuinely dont care about the homes. We moved into our house to find the main support beam of the roof literally snapped in half. Called maintenance and they said that we shouldn't be living here, but it was never fixed. Also, just expect at least $500 to be withheld from your deposit for cleaning. No matter how well you clean, they will always take extra money from you

Rented here for 2 years (with roomates) and had nearly no issues besides some minor maintenance issues like the bathroom pipes freezing over, an issue that they never fixed in two years of living there. Moved out and Reinvest was nothing but rude through the whole process, trying to kick us out early and fighting every step of the way. It came time for us to receive our security deposit back and we received only around 60% of our security deposit for issues that they should have fixed themselves or problems with the house that existed before we moved in. Rented with them for 9 years without incident. Now they have an issue with Dec rent even though l paid on time and received confirmation of payment. I agree that something went wrong and the agree to send again. So many fees added and they are very difficult to work with.
