This company has a severe lack of communication, accountability, professionalism and every other important quality one would expect from a management company managing HOAS. As other reviewers have noted, they lie, make false claims, over charge fees, ignore legitimate concerns and worse. These issues come from the top down, therefore changing to a different account manager within the company is not a resolution that will improve your experience. Money hungry. Check your bylaws because they don’t abide by it and just excessively fine you and send you to an attorney 🙃They also don’t follow fdcpa and threaten to foreclose and place liens if you don’t comply even when they don’t properly advise you or give you receipt of payment . They refuse to work with you and have zero clue when it comes to their jobs. Overstepping their boundaries, making rules outside of the HOA bylaws, sending mass threats etc ... I live in Hanover Park.

Awfully property management. Money hungry and fine you over anything. Avoid at all costs.

Do not care about homeowners only about getting their HOA fees every week, be prepared to have statements 2 weeks apart from each other. Management company that’s hungry but sleeps when repairs need made.

Awful service. No Yearly Association Fee bills sent and an email arrives last minute saying you have only two weeks to pay through an App that is hard to access. Then once I can see my bill, I have to pay an exhorbitant amount of convenience fees to pay by credit or debit card, all for the benefit of a lazy management that charges a ton of association fees to not even send a timely bill, except for a two week deadline email reminder! How low can an HOA get?!
