Would highly recommend Urban Sites. Very quality units at a fair price. My leasing agent Maggie was great with helping me find a unit upon short notice and made what usually is a stressful process very easy. Within 2 weeks I was able to tour multiple units and find a great spot I can call home!

I had a wonderful time with my experience at Urban Sites! Maggie was my leasing agent and she was incredibly helpful on finding the perfect apartment for me and my fiancé. We have loved living in OTR and everyone on the team at Urban Sites is super helpful and knowledgeable!!! 10/10!! Cannot recommend enough!!!!!

An agency I wish everyone could have, very well organized. The experience is pleasant and professional from the initial contact all the way through move-in. They are very prompt in handling maintenance requests.
Thank you Urban Sites

Urbans Sites is the best property management company that I have rented with in Cincinnati! Property is well maintained and they are also very communicative when there is maintenance going on or community events happening that may affect the tenants.

If I could talk to everyone who reads this, I would *beg* you not to rent from this predatory company. There’s a reason they are one of the lowest-rated leasing companies in OTR. I’ve rented from them for 3 years and every minute has been a nightmare. My first apartment was infested with roaches. Maintenance would hire someone to spray, but it did nothing. It got so bad I had to rent another Urban Sites unit (they have a near monopoly on rental property in the zip code) and pay for both units for two months to get out of the first. The 2nd unit was much better, with the exception of it being o…

Everyone at Urban Sites is so lovely, and the move-in process has been so simple. The units they have are so beautiful (and affordable), and I highly recommend checking them out if you are moving to/around Cincinnati!

I lived in this building for approximately one year and repeatedly reported excessive noise disturbances between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The noise frequently sounded like furniture being dragged, moved, or slammed for extended periods. I submitted multiple complaints and provided documentation, yet no meaningful action was taken.
Instead of addressing the issue, management eventually turned the situation around and implied that I was the source of the complaints. Their solution was to offer me a smaller apartment for the same rent. Despite being the resident reporting the disturbances, I receiv…

This greedy company is a scourge on my city of Cincinnati. They are motivated by turning over tenants as quickly as possible so they can raise rent prices on rent capped properties in OTR. Their website where you pay rent is literally called tenantturner.com. I was late on rent once and went to pay them the amount owed in cash before the cut off court date and they refused to take my money without explanation. I stood in their office and cried, asking them why they wouldn’t take my money and the managers response was simply “we don’t have to”. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

I was a tenet with them for 2 years, and had very little issues until this spring. A leak started in our living room above the window in March during heavy rain, due to our building’s downspout being missing (which it had been for months). We reported it as soon as it happened, and were told someone would stop by, which didn’t happen. Next day we called again, and were told nothing could be fixed until the rain stopped. Over the course of the next TWO WEEKS as it continued to rain, we attempted to control the water pouring through our wall while begging for maintenance to come and do somethi…

The leasing agent Maggie was incredibly helpful and found me the perfect place. I had to move somewhere asap with lots of requirements and within an hour she had a list of places that were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for finding me my new home Maggie!

Moved in this past July and have had no issues! Javion was a wonderfully helpful leasing agent and got me my dream apartment in the exact area I wanted to live. The apartment was clean when we moved in, rent is reasonable considering the location, and maintenance has been on top of it!

Lived here for three years and would not recommend this company.
This is what we experienced: Cockroaches in basement that maintenance tried to dismiss as "water bugs", wouldn't accept Amazon packages, poor communication, no warning or help with leaking water lines in basement that we had to solve on our own, threw away furniture that was agreed in writing to come with the apartment, charged $1,000 for rent that took weeks to return (and no apology), and cheap appliances.
It's a shame because they own a lot of the properties downtown/OTR. Try finding a private landlord if you can.

The process of finding my new home couldn’t have gone more smoothly! I checked UrbanSites listings periodically and after several months the PERFECT space opened up with what I’ve been looking for. I scheduled a showing for this past Monday and it felt right. Javion’s excitement and appreciation for the apartment made me even more excited to move in—it’s refreshing and rare to have the person showing you the space really appreciate it. There was another girl looking at the same time and I was saying a prayer that I got it because it was everything I was looking for. I applied that same day, go…

The area is nice, but parking is a real problem. It’s mostly residential, and there just isn’t enough space for everyone to park. A lot of spots are off-limits because of street signs or pedestrian zones, so you can end up driving around for a long time looking for a legal spot. No one wants to risk getting a ticket. The private parking options don’t really help much either. It would be much better if there was a clearer, more resident-friendly parking system in place.

It wasn’t but a few minutes after I enquired about one of the advertised properties that I received a response back with a link to an easy to navigate and professional website helping to further my inquiries. The management team was on it to say the very least and impeccable at following up with me. I was able to land a showing right away and met just the most delightful individual, Javion, to show me a property. His cheery disposition made the place light up even more than the beautiful accent lighting. The application process was simple and swift. When I had questions, they were promptly ans…

Film Center- there is absolutely no parking for this building. All the street parking is metered which is hardly ever even available anyway due to all the constant construction in this area. If you want anywhere to park you’ll have to get a garage pass for $200+ a month! oh, also you’ll have to move your car outta there for FC games :) good luck

Austin and Zelda went above and beyond to help me relocate to a new building with Urban Sites at the end of my lease with them. The office and maintenance are some of the most warm and friendly folks I've ever rented from.

I can not say enough about the staff at urban sites! I am a business own of a retail store called 19Something on main st. I spoke to the office about a tenants move out trash on the side walks left and they were fast responsive and understood my concerns. They made sure everything was cleaned up same day and prevented me from stress and customer concerns. Then I had a plumbing issue and their staff spent 3 long days to make sure the problem was resolved. They came out the same day and showed up early and stayed late. I am thankful for their diligence, quick sped-fast response and care they t…

I’ve been calling for months since I moved out in November to check on my security deposit and no one at any extension will answer- I’m pretty sure they’ve just blocked my phone number at this point… Is this legal?? I’ve emailed and called dozens of times with no response and I have yet to receive my refund. Not even sure what to do at this point.

I’d give less than 1 star if possible. Between my girlfriend and I we’ve had our personal vehicles vandalized 7 times over the course of a year. I’ve probably matched the amount I’ve paid in rent just in repair expenses on my car, I’ve actually had to get an entirely new vehicle as well. The nearest parking garage they offer you is way too far for a young woman to walk at 5am all by herself in an area where we know there’s frequently criminal activity.
Urban Sites has been completely unsympathetic. They claim it isn’t their problem and they won’t even attempt to offer alternate solutions. If …
