I have known venture for going on 8 years and when it comes to being a committed landlord and putting the tenants needs first, there are few if any that are better. It is rare to come across a company with such great virtues and passion for helping others and providing premier housing across Cincinnati. They just gave us a 6 day eviction notice cause they want to take our house we rent the land. The owner is trash the lady they got doin the maintenance has no idea what they are doing and there is a broke pipe with raw sewage in the woods by the water tower

Shadow lake - newly acquired neighborhood: I’ve lived in this community for most of my life—this is the home I grew up in, and before me it belonged to my grandmother. I had an amazing experience with the leasing staff while getting my apartment. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the process clearly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

As far as management companies and operators go, I have yet to find a company that does a better job than Venture Communities. Every one of their communities sees a drastic improvement when they become the managers. Resident concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Do not ignore the LOW reviews!! They speak the truth about this apartment company and all the complexes they own! They are not great and do not care of its residents. They do not take issues seriously after showing great amounts of documentation. Their agents are not helpful as in not wanting to picking up the phone or lack of accountability. This place has been horrible to be with and will never come back. Don’t give them your money!!!

Venture really knows how to take care of their residents. All work orders are completed in a timely manner. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Their properties are well kept. They really know how to treat their employees! They are truly the best in the business! Highly recommend!

The amazing thing about this company is that they buy complexes, raise rent by a ridiculous amount, and then reward their residents by providing the worst snow/ice removal I have ever experienced

Amazing company they just bought my apartments The Seymour and they are the best. Everyday I see them working and fixing the community for the better we are so happy to be so lucky to have this company.Thank you venture for caring for your residents we really appreciate it. Terrible company

Great amenities and the clubhouse is amazing. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Staff is supportive, knowledgeable and very respectful. If you’re looking for a peaceful, safe and comfortable place to live I highly recommend!

I have lived on this property for over 30 years. I have lived through a plethora of management changes and ownerships. My experience with management has gone from good to bad to worse to horrific. But now I am happy to say it is good again and moving towards great primarily due to the exemplary management styles of Bianka Nisbeth and Terrance Gay. They have brought diversity, inclusion, Professionalism, Integrity, transparency, Honesty, and commendable people skills to their jobs. They claim luxury living. But most days I am sad l can't use the amenities. Promised a clubhouse and pool 3 years ago. Never happened. Dog shit everywhere stay off the grass and kid park. They do have a dog park but it's full of feces and mud haven't been able to use it for a year. Beer bottles garbage all laying around. And now the recent for two days we can't use the driveway or sidewalks because Venture luxury living is walking your dog in a foot of snow. We were told that snow removal will be prompt for our convenience. How prompt is prompt when I can't get my car out for two days…

I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the new and friendly staff of my new community Bridgewater Crossing. I love the new look. It’s modern and so welcoming. I would like to shout out Rebecca (Becka) Alspaugh for always being courteous, professional, friendlly, helpful, understanding to my concerns, and just overall having a positive attitude with a smile, from the first time I've stepped into the office for any reason. The management is horrible they failed to mention that we had to be 21 years or older two days prior to our move in date and they’ve spoken to us multiple times and we went on a tour and they never mentioned it this was one of there properties skyridge.

This company is an absolute joke. I lived at the 4364 Marsue Lane building and was always early with my rent, never had anyone complain about me, got along with the other tenants and left my apartment cleaner than I got it. I have been calling and texting, emailing and submitting requests for a WEEK trying to figure out where to return my keys and when I will get my security deposit back, and have been ignored. I never received any information after cancelling my lease. And this is not unusual--the property manager Sadi never returns calls. She doesn't care about the people in the building, as…
