Stevie is great at responding to my emails quickly! She does what she can to help. Unfortunately, she is still at the mercy of our horrible board! The snow removal this year was terrible for the single family condos because the board decided we, in the single family condos in Sherwood Village, were not deserving of snow removal. The board lied and said no one got snow removal, yet tenants who live in the 3 stories, told us they did, in fact, have their streets plowed! Absolutely awful. Stevie Herron and the company she represents operate with a level of disregard that would be shocking if it weren’t so consistent. For three years, I have raised clear, documented issues with the building—issues that impact basic livability. Not one has been meaningfully addressed. Instead, the response has been a predictable mix of silence, delay, and empty assurances. At this point, it’s not incompetence—it’s indifference. When Vertex assumed responsibility for our property management one of the many great experiences was having Steve Egbers on the team. Steve is proactive, listens, contributes to the conversation, and takes action. I'm glad we have Steve on our team!

We recently began working with Vertex after we left our previous management company. Kelsey Strange is our property manager, and she is THE BEST. With Kelsey managing our community, it has helped us tremendously is the time it has saved us as voluntary board members. She has been priceless. She is so easy to work with, is responsive, and just Gets The Job Done! We are very thankful to have found our way to Kelsey, and Vertex!

While serving my term as a board member for my community HOA I had the pleasure of working alongside Vertex Property Management. What a pleasant surprise from the company we had been using! This is a great family business! There is someone I would love to mention because he is such an amazing guy. Steve Egbers is probably the most professional, conscientious and hard working guy I’ve met in a very long time. His time management skills are impeccable, a great personality and always willing to help. I truly do miss working with him!

From my experience, there is nothing professional about this property management group. We have clear HOA rules set in place and the Vortex Group over our subdivision refuses to do anything about rule violations and will start making excuses for the ones in clear violation of the rules. The main purpose of a HOA is to maintain the quality of life in a community by establishing and enforcing rules, managing property, and providing services. At this point, i’m not sure why we even have an HOA. They don’t enforce the rules, upkeep in the common areas are pathetic, walk paths are over grown, dead…

Would not recommend. Very slow getting back to residents. Not following up on items in meetings.

I'm a resident of Springside for almost 3 years. I have worked with Novie and staff many times. I always received quick responses from my emails when inquiring about various items. It's a pleasure to work with such a kind and courteous group. Thanks for all you do in such an efficient manner.

I've lived in my townhouse for almost 5 years and Vertex manages our HOA. They are extremely responsive with any questions or concerns I have, specifically Rome. Rome has helped me numerous times.

I have lived at Governor's Point since 2011, and Vertex is the best management company we have had. They are prompt, professional and helpful. They have a ticket system for responding to emails. I have always gotten a response from an employee within 24 hours. If the issue will take a bit to resolve, they let me know that. If not, we usually resolve the concern by then. I have emailed them with a variety of issues ranging from odd plumbing issues, selling my condo and errors in billing. For all of these issues, they were very helpful and we resolved everything. A parasitic property management group that does nothing but collect money from residents. They provide zero useful services and whenever you need anything from them they will direct you to figure it out on your own or with other residents. I can guarantee you that they are buying/faking their positive reviews on Google. Stacy Keeney manages my neighborhood and spent weeks avoiding my emails and calls after she colluded w the Board to circumvent the community bylaws. That being said Rome Mendioro provides excellent customer service.

This place sucks at condo management when it comes to managing the grounds !!! OK It's 2 days later I found it only fair to say that the maintenance crew showed back up today to shovel the driveways to the individual garages and some of the sidewalk walkways around the complex. The crews are working hard.

This Company has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. my house has lead! My infant daughter has lead poisoning. I had to have an inspection done myself. No cost to the owners or the company. Now we’re gonna go through courts because they want to evict me instead of coming together like grown adults and trying to compromise and fix the problem! The property is severely neglected, massive amounts of updating needing to be done. These people just took over my property six months ago!
