Had them for as my property management company for over a year and a half and never had any problems. They always responded to any maintenance requests I had or any questions I had. I’m sad I won’t have them as my property management company at my new house!

After trying several property management companies, we moved our portfolio to 24/7 Properties. For the past two years we've been very happy with everyone there. Owner, managers, leasing agents, maintenance. It truly is a well very run , classy company, that cares about both it's tenants and owners. If I could give 24/7 Properties 10 stars it still would not be enough. Everyone there is amazing, especially Keegan. She is always cheerful and friendly even when I've needed lots of help and support. She and everyone there are very knowledgeable and have made sure that I, as well as my renters, have been taken care of with positive results and happy tenants. We were extremely nervous turning over our house to a property management company! We interviewed several and just couldn’t find the right match to feel comfortable. I’ve been with 24/7 Properties for almost three years now and they manage my two duplexes. I’ve had a great experience with them, but due to recent changes in their company I’d like to end management. I’m willing to pay the $250 per property close out fee, but don’t feel it’s fair that they are charging $3,000 in fees only because I already paid them $2,000 ($500 each unit) to renew the four rental agreements.Because I have 4 units with tenants renewing leases at different times, I’ll never be able to get out of the agreement. We had a back up sewage incident this year in my rental condo and while out of town Doug and his team took full ownership of the situation by mitigating the losses and getting the right vendors in place to fully address the issue. I have been extremely disappointed with my experience renting through this property management company. From the beginning, there were several major issues that were either not disclosed prior to signing my lease or have been handled very poorly since moving in. One of the biggest concerns is that management failed to disclose that the neighboring restaurant partially operates out of one of the units in the building. All of the restaurant staff have access to the building’s supposedly “secure” entry code and are constantly coming in and out of the building at all hours of the day and night. T…

I’ve had an amazing experience living at these apartments. The office staff are always respectful, kind, and genuinely helpful. Any time I have an issue and contact them, they respond quickly, explain everything very clearly, and get someone out right away if something needs to be fixed. The property is kept very clean on the outside and inside, and I feel safe living here. They’ve also made me feel like a valued tenant, not just another unit, which means a lot to me. Worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with had home professionally cleaned when I moved out and they still took my whole security deposit charged me over $1000 for a sliding screen door that never worked right

We were in a home managed by 24/7 Properties for 4 years and honestly we have zero complaints. They were always quick to return an email, and repair anything that was broken. They helped us out when times got tough, without any judgment. We would gladly rent from them again!

Literally a couple weeks from when we moved in the oven broke. We obviously reported it right away. It took them 7 WEEKS to check it out and repair it. This happened over Thanksgiving and when I asked what they wanted us to do about our holiday dinner they told me to buy a toaster oven?! The next thing that broke down was the dryer. I told them in no uncertain terms that we expected this to be taken care of within a week or we would buy one and deduct it from the rent. Their response was “why are you being so mean?” Ridiculous

24/7 has been amazing!!! They have worked with us with fast response and amazing customer service! Sean came over, things can be a little chaotic with our pups one recently diagnosed with a difficult disease. He was so kind, understanding, got the work done so quickly AND took care of a strobing light that with our very tough year have not been able to take care of yet, and without judgment. 247/property is the best leasing company i have had they are timely when concerns are needed they are on top of things and everyone is extremely nice i don't like bugging people for small things but they always say let them know no matter what they don't brush things off i had a very exceptional amazing time renting my unit it was a very nice one made for me lol!my hat goes off to 247/property the whole team 👌 wish them the best!

Keegan was the absolute best!!! I wish I could take them with me to my new place. Always promptly responded to me and was very patient and understanding with helping me out with my move to another country. Anything I needed help with they provided. 😀 Even tried to help me find a new place nearby when the landlord sold the house. Went above and beyond. 100/10 would work with again.

24/7 Properties, and specifically Charlotte, with whom I communicated with most frequently, have been the nicest and friendliest property management company / landlord I’ve had for the 10 years I’ve been in Oregon. Prompt, courteous, professional, and most importantly, they feel genuinely human; a task that, some of the other property management companies in this town seem to make Sisyphean, it was so beyond refreshing. I don’t leave lots of reviews for places, but I was truly impressed by them. Should I need to rent again they will be the first place I look for availabilities from.

We have been renting a home managed by 24/7 for over 8 years now and have really appreciated our relationship with them. I recently moved into a property managed by this company and worked with an individual named Sofia during the move in process. The portal system the company utilizes is a very simple and pragmatic tool--easy to access files, make payments and add maintenance requests. Sofia was great to work with. I have not moved since prior to 2020 and things sure have changed. This property management did a great job not giving into overbearing owner requests. Unfortunately the owners did not like that and switched to a very incompetent company that is currently trying to scam and threaten us after move out. 24/7 is much more professional and do a good job at being fair for both owners and tenants.

Fantastic experience with this company. Sean, one of the maintenance folks, is absolutely awesome. He took care of all the issues in my apartment and I was very at ease having him in my home.

24/7 properties and their whole team have been really great. Sean in particular was amazing at helping us get our screen door fixed in a extremely timely manner. 24/7 properties charge a fee for all rent payment type including rent that’s pay with a checking account. That is ridiculous! Never encountered this issue before with other properties management! Always pay with checking account without any fees.

I've rented under 24/7 Property management for the last two years and they have always treated me well. They have been prompt in responding to questions or concerns and their up-to-date technology has made paying rent, submitting maintainence requests, and communicating via text easy. I would definitely rent from any property under their care!

Like others, if I could give them zero stars I would. I have complained more than once about being scolded by hot water while showering. The first vendor they sent did a repair that did not fix the issue. The second vendor told me they were going to replace the entire faucet. The setup is currently 1 cold, 1 hot and 1 diverter to activate the shower. I was told it had a bad diverter. It's been quite a while and still no new faucet. When I texted them about this and other issues, the response from them was that the same vendor that told me I needed a new faucet told them that they could not re…

I would give zero stars to this company and these people. Doug and his parents took over ownership at my last apartment and did everything they could to get rid of my family and I. They harassed us daily with leaf blowing outside and around the complex and even show up unnounced one day on our balcony. They have no respect for their tenants and dehumanized us their was even a time that we needed help with a plumbing issue and werent at fault for it . I am fairly new to 24/7 property management and was unsure how a plumbing emergency would be handled. Me and the unit next door were both experiencing backed up sinks.I was beyond pleasantly surprised that 24/7 handled the Situation at the speed of light!!! They were so helpful and a plumber( Chris) with CTDrains was fantastic. He pulled out a huge black braid ( neither on of me or my neighbor have black hair! Kelsey was wonderful to work with, she was extremely organized and easy to know what was expected of us at move in. She answered questions for us through out the process. do not rent from them. moved in less than a month ago and have already had to put in multiple maintenance requests. they are super helpful when getting you to sign the lease and then drop the ball. my place was meant to look like it had a working washer and dryer. i have not been able to them one time and i was told i needed to pay to have it replaced since it wasn’t under the lease agreement, even though i was told before move in that they would be working to fix it. avoid them at all costs.

Best property management company by far. They are so responsive and helpful throughout the whole application process. We are in a great rental and plan to stay for a couple of years.
