Caitlin was awesome to work with she took the stress away from owning multiple investment properties in Beaverton and living out of state. She handled the tenant placement and the maintenance of my homes and I get my rents direct deposited every month like clockwork.

They have been managing our properties since 2019. Their team managed by Sarah now is the best. Emauni is responsible for looking for the new tenants. She is very kind. She never misses a contact and works hard for showings. She is the treasure of the company. Bella and her team is the best accountants. I applaud the agency. Stewardship of your property is an important element in the rental/lease business. RentPortland acquires an integrity of services necessary in this industry. My experiences with the agency whenever a problem arise with lease or rental services, are addressed, and resolved in a timely fashion. As a property owner, I remain ambulant due to my partnership with RentPortland to this day!

RPHP has done a wonderful job with my house property management for the past two years. The bookkeeping is excellent and timely, website is friendly to use, and the property team - particularly Caitlin- communications are professional and responsive. Quality shop and great to work with.

Would absolutely rent from them again, or use them as a property management service in the future as they're so responsive and diligent. While the owner of the home I rent may not be responsive to signing off on any actual repairs or issues I know the property management company cares and listens and acknowledges the actual concerns. They document all the repair requests well with both photos and professional opinions on things like roof and windows. They have fantastic contractors they work with for any repairs or upgrades. Angela conducted the final walk through when moving out of a rental house, and thank goodness for her. She was meticulous in reviewing the conditions of the house prior to our move-in several years ago, and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed with patience and care. Responds quickly to us. Nice to have texting option available. Portal works well and when the maintenance portal gave me errors i texted Angela and she got the request in and set up a resolution.

These people can't even get a one year fixed term lease renewal with no rent increase signed by tenants who have been absolutely no problem at all. If you are looking for frustration and unnecessary complications this is the place for you. You are not allowed to be disapproving of their incompetence or they will leave you to handle the mess they created.
