Renters Beware! Do not trust this company! My family & I rented a property on the corner of Michelbook Ln. and Baker Creek Rd. in McMinnville. We took immaculant care of this property inside and out for the 4 years we maintained tenancy. The house was clean but in original condition when we moved in, iy had old broken blinds throughout, original "stained" carpet, outdated kitchens appliances & bathrooms, walls hadn't been painted since new construction in 1989. We paid $2,000 on top of our deposit money when moving in to paint the interior walls because we couldn't stand how dirty it felt. We…

These people were very fair with me. Although I didn’t rent through them for a long period of time; the interaction I did have was pleasant. They returned all of my security deposit minus the cost of carpet which was expected because it was part of our lease agreement. Unfortunately I just didn’t have the time to schedule an appointment for cleaning. Unlike most rental properties who try to find excuses to keep your security deposit, this company was honest and for that I would recommend them. Honest businesses are hard to find anymore.
