Aetna DOES NOT CARE about you. Aetna DOES NOT CARE about their properties. I have never once felt inclined to write a review (good or bad) of a leasing office, yet I began crafting this review after week one of renting with Aetna. At a high level, they are: - Unprofessional with poor communication, often written rudely or condescendingly. - Impossible to reach over the phone. Between April 2023 and October 2024, I have called and left numerous voice messages – never once speaking to an employee on the phone or receiving a call back. - Out of touch with reality and modern business practices.
