I been a board member for about 9 yrs now and the HOA president for most those 9 yrs. I’ve gone through a couple pm companies. We have had Affinitygroup as our managers for 6 yrs now. I chk these reviews every so often to see if my opinion is in-line or do I need to take a second look. I’ve noticed a couple of 1 stars and am very surprised. Kendra and Tim are the faces and voices but no company is run without a team. Their response time has been nothing short of exceptional…even on a weekend.and especially in crisis!!! We just completed a 2.5 million dollar renovation and there is NOWAY …

Kendra is knowledgeable, friendly, and a problem-solver.....Rare in HOA management.

I am an owner of a property that they manage the HOA to my knowledge. They don't answer their phones, don't have an answering service take messages, don't have an email listed on their website to contact someone. I need to shut off water to my unit in order to change out some plumbing hardware and the only way to do this is coordinate through the management company. It is ridiculous there is no easy way to reach them.

Horrible company. They manage our HOA. They do not respond to requests for maintenance and repair issues. They do not have any maintenance people so they use outside 3rd party vendors that are more like amateurs. We’ve been dealing with water leaks for several months and their repair guys have been out twice… still shooting water up from the ground and they refuse to deal with the situation. We are supposed to have regular HOA meetings… can’t get that done either. The whole operation appears to be 2 people working from someone’s home. They are quick to send out demand letters but NEVER respond…

I've lived in the same rental for over a decade and since I've been here we have gone through four different property management companies. Affinity Group has been the absolute best so far! Kendra is incredibly responsive, even outside of normal business hours and is quick to get maintenance requests in motion. During the transition from the last company to Affinity, there was a little bit of a delay on a couple of the utility bills transferring over and so we had a lapse in services. As soon as I contacted Kendra, she handled it immediately and the issues were resolved within a couple of hour…

I have lived in a rental managed by Affinity Group for the last two years, and they have made the experience lovely and smooth from the beginning, especially Kristi. From answering questions to small repairs to major tree work, they have made sure I'm able to enjoy my home.

We’ve been renting from Affinity for a little over 4 years now. Kristi and her group have been helpful from the very beginning. If we need something fixed, they are on it. You can just tell they care about their tenants. It’s been a pleasant renting experience all around.

I have lived at Holly Hill Manor for 4 years and love it here. Location is perfect for me and management is wonderful. Improvements are always being made and up keep is great. Would highly recommend.
