I was a tennant at one of the properties they managed. Scott and his team are first class. They were very attentive when issues arose, always pleasant to interact with, and I think if you're a home owner they'd represent you well because they're very detail oriented--they're definitely trying to create a win-win atmosphere for home owners and tennants--which is rare I think. Scott and his team were very responsive and professional. No issues renting from this company. The phone app that they use for tracking issues worked well. When things did come up (like needing to request the yard maintenance crew come by, or a plumber check on a clogged drain), they response was timely and professional.

Leased one of their properties (3 bedroom 1 bath) with friends for about 14 months this/ last year. The apartment was beautiful and the yard very well taken care of. Any issue was immediately addressed and scheduled things such as AC and gutter maintenance always right on time. The property manager Heather was one of the most communicative and helpful people I’ve ever met. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.
