What kind of company lists a house for rent with an open complaint from the City of Portland for “sewage leaking in the bedrooms”? If you don’t believe me, look at code complaints for 4403 SW Lobelia St. They have an open unaddressed complaint.
The absolute worst experience imaginable. The house was originally in disrepair but we were told repairs would be done immediately, including 1/4 of the porch floor missing (among other safety concerns). We were only made aware that construction would be taking place by the actual construction starting one morning! When we were finally able to leave, we left the house (no repairs had ever been made) in better shape than found but was fined exorbitant amounts in fees for ludicrous reasons (such as not “hand pulling” weeds). Reaching out with proof for other fined reasons did absolutely nothing …
