Easily one of the shadiest companies you'll encounter. Without a doubt rentals are bringing the "best" humanity has to offer. This is one of them. As you apply, attempt to see a property they will use this to "gauge" the market. Then raise rent. If you are a property owner and you use these guys; it's a match. If profit is all you desire, this is the company for you.

DO NOT RENT! They make you do and pay for everything. We couldn't get mailbox keys for a month. $150 plumbing bill. Out of electric in Master Bedroom for a month, but if maintenance needs something from you they'll call and email you daily. Oh and they'll take half your deposit or make you get it professionally cleaned when you move out. Sill waiting on this check too!

Go here if you want to get scammed of your money and privacy. Every day it’s a new inspection and passive aggressive service saying they want to clean something and overprice the job. Terrible company

We were leaking water from our shower on to the unit below. Fixed our issue and replaced our show head. Our apartment was messy and they didn't say a peep. Anthony and Steven were great.

So greedy. Passive-aggressive service. I have never had such a horrible experience renting. We rented from them for a little over a year. When we moved in, several appliances and outlets didnt work, and it took a while to get anybody out to help. While living there, it felt as though inspections were constant, and with a 24 hour notice (if they even gave notice). I work nights so getting a notice that somebody was going to be at my house at 7 am the next day disturbed my day and sleep entirely, and it happened constantly. Alliance is pretty awful. I lived in a property managed by them for about two and a half years. I’d never rent from them again.

NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE-they will take every last penny from you they can when you move out and not fix anything while you live in their property. Beware of these people so what happens to me doesn't happen again to you.

Where to begin. I guess the first red flag was the tone they take with you from the get go. Their representatives are very rude and pushy. Their payment system is absolutely archaic. Payment by check or money order only, that’s any payment. So that’s snail mail one of those each month or make the drive to Beaverton to deliver it in person. Every month. The water bill is not properly allocated, they charge 180 PER MONTH flat rate. The unit was not clean upon move in. The fixtures are falling apart and hideously out dated and ugly/damaged ; cabinets and closet doors etc. The locks on the window…
