I own a duplex in Sellwood that The Alpine Group have been managing this past year. They have done an outstanding job managing all aspects of my rental unit. As land lord all these management companies are out of their minds. I requested communication by text for any macitence requests and have never received them. Im so sick of being ripped off. Some guy came by to fix a burner on the stove. Part $65 45 minutes of work charges $220. And the power is out now. Great

Alpine is a great rental agency! Quick to answer maintenance request, honest contracting, and solid respect of notice periods for entry. The maintenance coordinator Diane Galicia was particularly helpful getting plumbing issues taken care of quickly!

This leasing agency is the worst place I have had to deal with when it comes to renting an apartment in the 10 years I have been renting. They have extremely poor communication management. Horrible correspondence and follow up on urgent and un urgent matters, they have poor customer service, and oh don’t ever need a maintenance issue fixed in a timely manner because that won’t happen. The current receptionist is very rude and clearly not well equipped to handle her job. I am elated that I moved, and will not be dealing with them any longer. They are a nightmare.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the Alpine Group so far, I was a bit wary initially of engaging with a property management company for rental since I had only rented from owners directly prior. While we did have some hiccups initially on the move in dates /rental application etc, Diane single handedly changed our opinion of the Alpine group! I moved into my unit when there was a gas leak, I instantly pointed out the smell and was told it was pine sol and that maintenance was off for the weekend by the realtor. I reported it on a Monday and was immediately told by maintenance to call the emergency number for the gas company and vacate the property, and they confirmed that the apartment indeed had a gas leak. My move out process was made incredibly difficult by April Graham. Ryan from the maintenance department at Alpine is amazing! He did everything possible to fix the issue with the limited space and current condition of the vent/duct! Very nice, polite, and curious!! Wore a mask, at our request, without questioning, very gracious! You have a wonderful employee!!

Just moved in to a place ran by the Alpine group! Ryan, Jean and April were helpful with the move in process. We also have had a few things that needed to be fixed upon move in and the Alpine group was very fast to get all the needed people scheduled to fix things.

This is coming from a renter’s point of view - Very poor customer service. I rented with them for about a year and a half. When we first moved in, there were ants all over the apartment and we were told that it was the tenants responsibility to get rid of them even though we just moved in. After insisting, alpine group did contract an exterminator, however it took a lot of emails. We were also victims of crime twice when we were at the apartment. Alpine group was not helpful at all. Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. This company operates dishonestly, so beware. Do not expect to ever see your deposit again. After moving out, they claimed nearly every bit of damage in the apartment was caused by us—even issues that clearly came from the tenant above. We provided time-stamped photos taken before we moved in that showed these damages already existed, yet they still withheld over $1,000 of our deposit for so-called “repairs.” To make matters worse, they even accused us of causing scratches in the building elevator during our move, despite having zero proof.…

Let’s say 1 star is too much. Alpine Group has been the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. Maintenance requests were ignored or delayed, and we were often told issues like broken A/C were “the tenant’s responsibility.” They also took money from our security deposit for things beyond our control, like a neighbor’s window screen falling on our roof. After renting for 7+ years in different places, we’ve never dealt with a company this unhelpful or careless. Avoid if you can.

They made a key when I expressed years ago I need to be the only one who has a key due to mistakes made from their team. I asked to get back to me in 24 hrs and the coward only told me a blanket statement and then at 4:45pm I walk out to see they will be truspassing. I moved in here 5 years ago when there was a different management company. Fox Management did okay with managing the property. The Alpine Group sucks and has been negligent toward the actual property in regards to ensuring that there was a working washing machine amongst multiple other infractions. Also they just replaced the plumbing and now the shower is worse than a bad Hotel. There's one knob and there's absolutely no water pressure. Wouldn't rent from this slimy company if it were the last place in town. Their pricing reflects a level of quality they don't provide. Even the vendors they send out to do patch fixes on serious issues comment about how cheap they are while showing you what Alpine tried to cover up with a coat of cheap paint. They'll happily blame everyone else for their issues, whether it's the tenant, the owner, the vendor, or a cloud in the sky, as long as they don't have to admit fault or change their behavior. After you move out and they keep part of your security deposit, don't expect any response with proof of cleaning and repairs. They already have your money, so why would they bother responding?

Diane is amazing I just love her when I call she is very quick and very understanding her customers service skills are on point she gets maintenance to call pretty quick but I have several appoints so it’s hard to be quick but they are all amazing and understanding.

Their apartments are very clean. The lady who showed us the place was very professional and pleasant.

Moved in June 2024 and so far the experience has been great. The inside of the apartment came quite clean and so far they've been doing a great job responding with me.

The harmony point apartments in Milwaukie, OR is so bad I had to leave. The quality of the apartment is bad material and there’s neighbors that don’t respect other visitors parking or other neighbors parking. I suggest anyone not to move here. Also the people that do maintenance around these apartments suck at cleaning. Anyways I’m saying what’s true. I’m glad I left. Also it’s way too expensive and the place quality, like I said it’s so cheap and used material.

Always nice. took 1+ month a outsource switch 5 phone calles and messages + my comunication being ignored and me feeling its all been my fault because i have dogs and need to be home. so now i am being punished for being annoyingly thourough. i got attitude when the appliance person finally called today after spending all this effort on thier errors. ive asked for a credit but i know they will disapoint on any cmpassion after poor meeing.
