The worst! There’s mold, the main bathroom has an odd smell and they never came to fix the lights in the kitchen.

Beware if you’re renting commercial property. They will not follow their own lease. There’s no management that is on site which creates an environment where the people run the building. When issues are brought up to “management”, it’s met with rude, dismissive, or gaslighting responses. If I could give this company a zero, I would. When I reported my keys were stolen, the attached was the response. I didn’t ask for free keys, I was simply letting them know what had happened.

be careful when renting make sure to take bunch of pictures, we experienced mold that ruined our clothes couch and bed that did thousands of dollars of damage and they still are trying to charge us a fee. huge black mold problem

Lets be realistic: You get what you pay for. APM has the cheapest rents in the city in some of the BEST neighborhoods. That means the appliances & kitchens are from the 80's . Maintenance requests get dealt with, but usually take a few days. My property manager is decent & returns phone calls. Im totally satisfied with what i get considering the cheap rent. Sure, id love a granite kitchen & hardwood floors, but im not paying $500 more a month for it

If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance and management is horrid and drags there feet on getting anything done. Do NOT rent any building from Leticia. Worst property manager I have ever met. She was extremely unprofessional consistently, refused to do her job, and threw a fit anytime I sent in a maintenance request including when it took her FIVE days to rectify a burst pipe in the apartment leaving it to flood the ENTIRE flooring of my former unit. when covid protections were over I had to go through the main office for a payment plan as she refused to give me one and lied saying th…

We recently had a septic overflow that backed into multiple units bathtubs. Upon completing the repair and maintenance, the tub was barely cleaned. There is still fecal matter residue and streaks of fecal matter on my water spout, and a stain on my bathroom counter from where they set their cleaning materials, which again are contaminated in live human waste. These apartments don’t give a damn about quality of maintenance.

Maintenance of these properties, specifically Dolphin Court apartments, is atrocious. A burst pipe in my unit since 1/14 and very little communication on when this will be repaired. Mold and moisture is piling up and very little has been done to fix or move me into a habitable unit. Very sad that "affordable" housing means you live in a slum. One of our neighbors almost died due to improper management of the trees on the property. My property manager is very nice and compassionate, but the company itself is in shambles.

Probably one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever seen being managed in my life! Whoever this Mike the disgraced is, really doesn’t care about the properties he manages nor the residents that reside in them. I’ve had countless maintenance request issues and left him many VMs just to be ignored and disregarded. They only good thing about these places is that rent is cheap but you get what you pay for so beware!!
