I used their services for my home. Worst experience ever! They do not vet properly their tenants. I had the tenant violate so many rules that I got charged ~$1500 which also ruined my reputation. If you want to lose money and ruin you property then you have found the right people to manage your investment. (Sarcasm) They are the worst property management group that I've worked with.

Unprofessional management group who seem to not care about doing a proper job vetting the properties they rent out. They rented me an apartment that had a mold and water leak issue and when I initially brought up concerns, they were very dismissive and condescending. The issue only resolved once I was in contact with the actual property owner who cared about providing a habitable space unlike Bb Management and advocated for me to be released from the lease agreement. Writing this as a tenant for a property managed by BB. We have been living here for over a year, and they have been awful to communicate with. They are robotic, lack empathy, slow to respond, and do everything they can to minimize the effort they put in. We have been dealing with overflowing gutters for a year, and they still haven't fixed the issue. The tenant in our downstairs unit moved out early, and the fire alarm is dead (i.e. beeping incessantly), and they won't send someone to fix it until the lease ends in two weeks. Worst experience ever, staff is unprofessional rude and unhelpful. The house we are renting has had several issues and they lied in the advertising. Very poorly maintained properties. Stay away from this company!!!!

If you deal with this company, you better be ready to go to court! They lie, cheat, and steal when it comes to tenants of rentals! Document EVERYTHING and when they try to steal from your deposit, file in small claims court against them! Easy win since they have no proof when you ask them for it, because they are lying liars who lie. Don't let these cheapskates steal from you and protect yourselves if you've made the mistake of dealing with them!

Terrible, rude staff! Extremely unhelpful in every way. The company is extremely predatory and puts into paperwork that they'll keep part of your deposit for cleaning when handing over the keys to disgusting, dirty buildings that were obviously not cleaned with the deposit they kept from previous people. Get a lawyer when dealing with them. We know we are!

Poorly maintained houses. Cheap, rude staff that won't lift a finger to respond to emails or help renters even when given evidence of their mistakes. The only option you have with them is legal action.
