I've lived in cities across the U.S., and I will gleefully shout from the top of Mt. Hood, that renting from Barker & Calkins was the easiest, non-anxiety inducing experience of my life. David is responsive, caring, considerate, and an all-around wonderful human. I hope many more have the opportunity to have the same experience.
I really needed his and they screwed me over in the rudest most cruel way. I cannot tell you enough that this person is singularly responsible for a six month turnover rather than a one month turn over. Do not trust his company to help you out AT ALL. UPDATE: The owner responded denying managing my property as he no longer manages my property. Other people, people I recommended him to, have also found working with him complicated.
