I rented a property managed by Barnaby Property Management LLC for a period of time, and I’d like to share a heads-up with anyone considering renting from them. During my move-out process, I encountered some issues regarding the return of my security deposit. Specifically, they deducted certain costs from my deposit to cover equipment replacements that were never clearly communicated or agreed upon in advance.
