My mother lives at one of Barnes' apartments. Barnes has been a caring and compassionate landlord. Recently my elderly mother had a bad fall in her apartment. Barnes made sure she was taken care of and even had the apartment cleaned for when she returned from the hospital. Then the owners called to check to see if there was anything she needed! I know my mom is at a place that i can feel she is secure. My mom has never been happier. She loves it there. Thank you Barnes Property Management.
They're very responsive to maintenance requests and always professional in their communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.
