If i could give them no stars I would. Their mission statement is "Emphasizes clear, proactive, and human-centered communication with owners and renters" i was a renter and worked with katie. Not only did the home i move into have a long standing rat infestation that was not disclosed but several maintenance request were left without repair. Including my heat for 4 months during the winter i was left with no working heat. I never felt like I was bothering her, and she made sure I understood everything along the way. I appreciated her patience and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Lived at a B&A unit for almost 2 years now and I will say that they are one of the best property mgmts I've dealt with to date. They always answer the phone and if they don't, they return your call pretty quickly. They've been nothing but nice and respectful. I have no complaints whatsoever. Also their rent prices are fairly affordable considering the area. Highly recommend. I would rent from them again if i wasnt moving out of state

I can't praise enough for this management team! From the very first interaction (inquiry for availability) and every interaction following, the team was above and beyond. No robot or AI responses.
