I have worked with Amber for 2 years. Each interaction is professional, attention to detail and she always solved my concern about the rental property. She is comfortable answering questions about all services related to rental property and able to perform many of the processes: evictions, move-outs, inspections, navigates computerized responses, people oriented, and makes you feel comfortable working with her knowing she demonstrates knowledge and skills to do the best job in this office and others alike.

Unprofessional. Horrible customer service over the phone and in person. If you got a house to rent out find somebody else to do it through!

As property owners, we were very satisfied with Blue Key. We used their services for over nine years. In addition to being knowledgeable and trustworthy, they attracted long-term tenants. We would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely choose again in the future!

Torsten was very professional when we met with him. The whole team is top-notch. They have a very robust tenant screening process to help ensure a quality on-time paying renter. In my case, I had to move back into my home and Blue Key was very fair and professional in contract negotiations. I would highly recommend this property management company.

I lived in a blue key managed apartment for nearly 5 years, never had any problems with management. They were very timely with any repairs I needed and always respectful. Would have stayed longer just needed a new space!

Probably one of the best property management companies in the Portland area/ Vancouver area. Locked out/ they got there as fast as they could to help me get inside during business hours. They do their job, owner willing. Ants- exterminator was there next day, water issue, plumbers came quickly. The things we didn’t like had to do with the unit itself, I.e. it was a basement unit so there were spiders everywhere all of the time no matter what I tried to do, but EVERYONE at Blue Key were up front, personable, honest, forthcoming, and hard working. People who loose deposits usually don’t properly…

Well nothing good...do not fill out a maintenance request you be told by Chris they are not wanted as for there lack of accountability...when you leave they will also accuse you of property damage you didn't do. Good luck in your search and stay away from this 1 as the mgt team well there is none.

Filthy when moved in, charged me $1K to clean. Never fixed appliances and dryer venting until after moving out. Dreadful

We have been very satisfied with Blue key Property. Specifically in regards to how quickly they respond to maitenance requests. As every renter knows, it can be frustrating not being able to personally have something fixed or repaired and always waiting on property manager response. Veronica specifically always reaches out following day to let us know what vendor she has contacted and when they should be reaching out. Very much appreciated!

Great experience renting a house from them everyone was incredibly friendly knowledgeable and helpful! We've rented a few places in the past but I felt way more welcome with Blue key than anyone else, highly recommend Blue key if you're in the market to rent a place!
