As a renter, I have had to endure many poor experiences with landlords. However, the bad business practice that Mr. Hoffart committed needed to be shared. Mr. Hoffart ensured myself and my partner that the owners of the home that we were renting were not going to be moving back into the home soon. We fully moved into the house and painted walls as there was mold and rust on the bathroom walls.
