Bridge City Properties is the management company you want watching over your home. Founder, Tony Forhan and his team have given us true peace of mind. Their knowledge of the dynamic local rental market, their thorough and timely communication of property needs and concerns, and the overall care for our home, the tenants and for us, sets them well above the other PM firms we have worked with over the years in Portland.

Been a landlord in Portland for over 20 years and tried many different property managers over the years. Bridge City Properties is by far the best I have worked with. It's no contest. They are more organized than the others, their fees are reasonable, and they are great with tenants. Highly recommended.

Tony with bridge city properties has been excellent! We moved away but needed some help taking care of our rental property. Tony found us a tenant and did so much to get the house ready for the new tenant. Hopefully this is a long lasting relationship with Tony and his team! There are so many property management companies in Portland but Bridge City offers the local perspective and someone you can call and get on the phone right away. No long waits for a callback

Absolutely amazing property manager my last one couldn’t rent the place in three full months and Tony got it done in three weeks! The major difference is that all his connections to all of the websites are direct to his phone, text or email. He responds and follows up on every lead. I couldn’t be happier and I doubt I will ever change property managers! He is so thorough and kind and Managed every detailed on my Property. I crash landed into a beautiful home managed by Bridge City at one of the worst times in my life. I was leaving a place with a landlord who we never felt liked us but we had stayed over a decade there until it felt like we were not welcome. I have been renting from them for a year and all I can say is wonderful things about Tony and the team here. They make you feel like a person which sounds crazy but anyone that has been renting as long as I have knows what I mean! They keep the property nice, Tony is always available and responds quickly and is so nice. The maintenance people are great. Bridge city properties does a great job taking care of their tenants. Tony is very communicative and always easy to get in touch with. He is also very accommodating to his tenants. Whenever there was a maintenance issue that needed to be addressed, it was very easy to put in a request and Jesse was very prompt in coming by to take a look at things. Highly recommend!

I appreciate that Jr. Tony is a violent little man in his early 60s and has had the owners apologize on his behalf a few times due to the petty actions and accusations proven to be lies. The toddler actually lives in unit 2 and plays with my dogs daily. They are also welcomed into and play inside of her apartment. I'm in unit 5. Most tenants are new here because everyone moved out once BCP took over. Tony is an amazing Property Manager. He is communicative and understanding. Moving into the home was a breeze. He worked around my schedule to get a prompt move in. I love the home I am in. It is older but any issues I have had he quickly remedies. The personal feel of the way he does business really makes me and my son feel at home! He is kind and understanding and works with you which really makes me feel like I am truly at home!
