Bristol Urban is simply the best management company I've ever had in Portland. Everything was organized, they repaired something in my apartment in a very timely manner and repaired it correctly! And I received my complete deposit upon moving out! I just recommended to a friend that he rent from them . I hope he does.
Ever since these people bought the building I live in they have consistently made it worse. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
