Terrible company that manages filthy and run down complexes. Paint over years of mold, old carpets that we got charged for after living there for 2 years.

I sent a letter to Jeffrey Passadore about unsafe and unsanitary living conditions at St James Apartments and he never reached out to me. He's basically a slumlord.

I had to pay an extra $150/month to rent out the half of my garage that had my apartment’s breaker box in it. My neighbor isn’t so lucky: the part of his garage containing his breaker box is rented by someone else. Management does not consider tripped fuses “emergency” matters so if trip one on the weekend enjoy two days of no electricity.

Wish I could give it a zero star. The manager at the apartments has allowed smoking that has caused damage to the premises (building), shooting on the premises, cockroaches infestation, drug constantly on the premises shared areas, pitbulls and other dogs off leash, all reported to her for 5 years and nothing was ever done. Cops have been out here so many times and she incompetent. She’s moved in all her family to the apartments and hired only family or friends of the family as employees to the apartments. Worst place to live by far.

I lived at corso apartments for almost 4 years.. things were good until Cambridge Management took over and then things just started going downhill fast. Homeless people living and 💩 in the stairwells, drug deals in the hallways, squatters, security doors constantly being propped open, people going thru the trash room, packages being stolen / opened on regular occasions. It came to the point where I no longer felt safe in my own home.

Lived here about four months with management companies. Everything was was fine until September - I got sick in August and I had a small housefire at the beginning of September. They sent me to eviction court due to unpaid rent paid. The rent moved forward. After the court date, they had been trying to clean out the fire and repaint the room and I have not tried to do any of that since instead House sent me a list of violations about 30 points long. You are about to meet my legal team. My mom is on day 6 with no heat and her townhouse is 40 degrees. This company is the worst. Treats people like crap.

This is an extremely dishonest company. Their managers will lie about when rent was paid so they can extra money. The manager only did this because we were leaving. They will charge you twice for utilities when leaving, and take months to return your phone calls/messages. We left the property in amazing condition, and they still decided to charge a large painting charge. Do yourself a huge favor, and avoid these people at all costs.

They advertise as being professional, the only thing professional about them is what happens when you miss a payment! Rental contract rules and regulations are not enforced unless the on site manager doesn’t like you! Tenants who are deemed by on site management as friends are given ultimate freedom, but if you make a complaint or cause a ruckus trying to fight for what the rental contract says you should have, the on site management treats you like your the problem! They took over the property management of my current complex, where I've been for almost four years, and things immediately got worse - rapid turnover of staff and frequently changing hours, leaf blowers starting at 7am, maintenance dollars being diverted to weird projects (the parking lot is about to get resurfaced for the second time in a year, but the buildings' exterior paint has been peeling and moldy for years), and massive rental hikes for no extra value. I have been renting at meridian park apt no central air no nothing they are caves,I am on disability and have had to ask a bunch of times to be moved to a one bedroom on level apt ,I can't do the stars,my manager keeps bring outsiders in she lost up stars I am going to send letters to disability of Idaho, housing,and better business and smokets this is a no smoking place mangers husben smokes lady behind me smokes in het apt.

But Cambridge is where all my money went, so this review probably belongs here: This place (Gardenbrook apartments and Cambridge Real Estate Services) took my entire $1200 deposit and sent me a $2200 bill when I moved out because I ended my lease 3 months early. Part of that is months of utilities, which I paid through Cambridge’s online portal, so I no longer have any access to those records. When I moved in everything was dirty, inside and out.
