A visit from two people at the corporate office who invaded my request for privacy they purposely embarrassed me, humiliated me and then one of them laughed at me when I dropped something then made a snarky comment towards me. The corporate employees did this in front of leasing staff. I live in Oak Tree Apartments and I will not recommend them. In fact I need legal advice. I have lived there for five years, of them on a month to month basis. Up until this month I was paying around 47 1475 for the one bedroom one bathroom no washer and dryer. My least term starts March 1st. If I to a one year lease it goes down to around 1370. However if I stay with month to month it goes up to 1710 Explain the logic in that I want to take them to some kind of Realty board for unfair practices and need advice

I went online to check amounts that were due and app sent my payment through before I was able to either stop it or confirm that’s what I wanted to do. I had a bounced check on my record and I’m not sure how much I’ll be charged for that. But management is trying very hard to make it ok. I really appreciate that! It’s nice to have someone in Your corner when you need it. Management on premises was changed last year. It was a rough start but things are going smooth now. I recommend Raleigh Firs Apts.

I am a tenant at Fox Ridge Apartments, and I had the pleasure of working with Mareya from corporate. She was incredibly reasonable, kind, and polite, and she helped me resolve some issues that couldn't be addressed at the local level at Fox Ridge Apartments. Overall, my experience has been very positive.

Been here 3 years now. They definitely landlord special stuff around here. We were literally asked not to move in the day before our scheduled date because. And I quote "no one checked the apartment" and didn't realize the carpet needed replacement"...since then multiple bikes stolen multiple videos of prowlers sent to the police and owners but still no signs of extra security....but for some reason they have time to claim my empty potted plants(winter) they can't see on the second floor and a tarp covering my bikes so they don't get stolen again are a problem...make it make sense....

The apartment I leased was ok. And I really lked the manager there. However . After I moved out. They never sent me and invoice (as they claim they did ) and then proceeded to send it to collections with around $1000 extra in damages. ( carpet, blinds, extc) I only lived there a few months and took really great care of the unit. There were damages when I moved in, which I noted on the move in forms but apparently that doesn’t matter. I think it’s pretty messed up that an outrageous charge is now reported to my credit without my knowledge and that I had no opportunity to challenge it.

12 Properties, 1200+ apartments, and $21,000,000+ of rent income a year and this company and everyone in the corporate office is so onboard with greed and screwing people over, they will take a phantom $126.99 charge after someone moves out and send it to collections. Why? Because they don't have enough money to just expunge it? And when that person, who got a letter from a credit collector, calls the corporate office, they don't even have a record of what was charged. In summary, no record or what is charged.
