Overpriced 1960's apartments with 0 updates. No lighting, black mold because of badly leaking windows. My oven cant hold a temperature and has open holes on the door all across the top (probably why lol) My freezer cant keepna constant temperature either. Everything is very old outdated and extremely poor quality like the laundry facility. The office people will lie to get you to move here, there are so many other places that are so much better quality for the price.
The apartment is a low income apartment for family or who has low income, we don't have to expect luxury and confor after lying to go in.
The people here are constantly slamming doors all day and night. It's impossible to get enough sleep living here. The office people slam stuff around in the office shaking my apartment then hand out noise complaints for any little noise they hear even though I wasn't home. They tell you to call them while hearing the noises but they can't even do that themselves making it pretty ridiculous to get a complaint when I'm not even home. They make you go through hoops to complain about the neighbors to the point where its not even worth waisting my time complaining, but they'll give you a complaint …
This place is a JOKE. The neighborhood is NOT SAFE. Don't even consider doing laundry here because it will get stolen. I've never hated a neighborhood more in my life. Heard gunshots earlier too. My roommates car got robbed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is a joke too. I loathe the fact that I'm locked into a lease and I'm stuck here in this miserable hell hole.
I lived here for almost 2 years and my only major complaint would have to be the no washer/dryer in the units. There are laundry rooms (3 total with 2 washers/dryers in ea) but they need to have some kind of security or something because my laundry was stolen almost every time I did laundry there. Other than that the management is very nice and eager to help when needed. Plus, having a 711 in your backyard is very convenient for those late night cravings. HeHe 😊
