We’ve had many issues with them, managing our HOA and billing. Irresponsible and unprofessional services.

The mgmt is fine,they are very nice & helpful. My biggest concern is our property has no on site mgmt so unfortunately it doesn't get maintained as much as necessary & gets & stays extremely dirty in the lot with garbage & furniture & all sorts of stuff!

Century 21 has done a great job. We had a couple of other management companies that didn't really do anything to make my place better when thing weren't working so great. Century 21 took over and came in and fixed everything that needed fixed. They truly stepped up and everything is great. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Avoid renting any property managed by this company! Their agents could care less about you/ Your family - Only their pockets. They are very unresponsive and unhelpful, Anything from simple requests to maintenance request. Mariah was by far the absolute worst, didn’t listen and could not answer any of my simple questions regarding the property. We soon quickly understood that that’s the case for all of their employees. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

I've been renting from Century 21 North Star for about 12 years and I have found them to be a great company to rent from! The people in the office are always very nice and if there is a problem with my rental home, they are very quick to respond and fix whatever is necessary.

I have rented from this company twice, very good company to rent from. Anything you need them to fix the respond time is immediate, definitely a good company to rent from.

I rented from century 21 for 8 years at the same duplex. Before covid, through covid, and post covid. They were very quick to fix any issues (clogged drains, broken heater, leaking chimney) quickly. They were understanding when I lost my job and fell a little behind on rent. We worked it out and I continued to rent for a couple more years. When I moved out I received 100% of my deposit. Even extended my move out date 1 week when I didn't close on my house on time... I own now, otherwise century 21 would be my landlord
